I was very impressed with the Yoga Grove. I'm a yoga addict and love taking classes in various places. The Yoga Grove is a very clean, impeccably kept studio with a very relaxing atmosphere.

The class is new at this stidio I found,we were always looking for a place to practice on Friday night. We came across this unique class which is by donation only, the students donate their class fee (only $10 bucks) the studio donates its space and the teacher donates his time. They hold the funds for a month (four classes) and then donate it to a local charity. YOGA KARMA I GUESS!

The class was really well attended,we were late and barley got a space. The teacher that night was Richard. He was really nice, explained things in a understanable tone and sets the space for a fun type class and makes everyone fell ok just where they are within their practice.Nice fast paced Vinyasa flows mixed in with slow well controled postures. It's a bit diffrent then your typical class, thus making it super enjoyable. The night we went, during Shavasana a live flute was played,it was a PERFECT way to start our weekend. OM SHANTI!

Pros: plenty of parking on street, a bit hard to find as on a small street in the Grove just of US-1, In a building on the Penthouse suite on top floor

Groovy Yoga in the Grove. Got the vibe.No pressure. Relax and let your mind go wher it wants to be. This is a place dedicated to relaxing and expanding the mind. Stretch your body & stretch your mind. They make it look easy . Its a good place for both beginners and the more advanced yoga lover.
