This is the only rock gym I have ever been to, but the people here are amazing! The staff will take the time to explain things to you and walk you through equipment and the how-tos and every time that I've gone, the other customers are willing to make suggestions and be supportive to new people.

This place is awesome. My cousins come up from daytona just to go here. They have different climbs for beginners and experts and the staff is very helpful. the prices are great and they are constantly running specials
5Ok, so usually to rock climb just for a day at any gym is $15 and then they usually charge you around $10 for an orientation and belay class. Not here this gym was only $4 for me to climb on half off Wednesday's. The gym is a little smaller than normal but is still a great deal. It is an awesome atmosphere, they play great music and the people there were really exciting and helpful. It is run by a guy named Rich who has been climbing for many years and really loves this sport, which shows in his passion for his gym. I would recommend this gym for anyone who wants to have a good time and do a little exercise at the same time. I believe there is a first time orientation fee of $6 if you've never learned to belay.
PROS: Great people, atmosphere, challenging routes for everyone, cheap
CONS: not a lot of sportclimbing

I had never been rock climbing before and the staff was a great help in making me feel comfortable and safe. They will not let you get hurt, they have all the latest safety equipment and explain everything thoroughly before they let you put on the equipment. There is always someone there holding the rope so even if you do let go, you just swing a little. Very fun experience.
