I never expected to have that "wow, this is the dress" experience until I met Denise at Jon's Bridal. Denise was amazing, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Jon's Bridal and Denise for a wonderful bridal experience.

Before I went ot Jon's bridal, I went to several other places and read the reviews available online for every place I visited. I saw some negative reviews online and will say this. You get what you pay for. If you are only wanting to spend $500 than don't expect a $2000 dress. jon's bridal has the most beautiful dresses around at very reasonable prices. Their sales lady are amazing and know what their doing. I worked with Rebekkah and she was amazing, I love my dress and will be buying my veil from them!! The prices were not bad and the service was awesome!.

I'm so happy with my time at Jon's Bridal. I knew it would be amazing. I have been there a couple times with friends and family and its always a great experience. Everyone is so nice. Including Jon. Tessie was my consultant and she is great. Very friendly and honest. She makes you feel like your in the best of hands in deciding on your wedding dress!! Go to Jon's you will be thrilled you did!

Jons is amazing!!! I worked with Denise, who I could not say enough nice things about. I walked in with little idea about what kind of gown I wanted or what would look good on my body. She walked me through it so easily, I wasnt stressed at all! She was patient, kind, truthful, and knowledgeable. I ended up with a beautiful dress (high quality) at a great price. Wonderful dress shopping experience at Jons! I especially love that you can try on dresses in your size- no need to imagine yourself in the correct size while youre clipped into or popping out of sample sizes! Go here- you wont regret it.

I am from Orlando and decided to make the drive to Jon's Bridal, having received a recommendation from a friend. I did not want an entourage of people with me, as I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. I was looking for something with a bit of a ball gown look with no train.

Kimberly M. welcomed me when I arrived. She looked at the photo I had in hand and found a bunch of great possibilities. She was awesome to work with. She was also really honest about her opinion - she'd tell me what she liked on me, even if it wasn't the most expensive dress.

I can't say enough good things about Jon's or Kimberly. The salon is great. There is a huge selection of dresses, it's got a really neat atmosphere and the people are great. (Loved meeting Jon - he was also very funny!)

Jon's Bridal is excellent; beautiful dresses...Kim was amazing, so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Although I tried on several, the first dress she selected for me turned out to be the perfect one...very relaxed, was able to take as much time as I needed, there was no pressure, no sales pitch, Kim made me feel like all she wanted to do was help me find the perfect dress. Dress is absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful experience and would recommend very highly.

I've been to 10 bridal shops in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa and St. Pete over the past 6 months. Hands down, Jon's Bridal was the best! My bridal consultant was Tessie. She was helpful, professional, and most of all sincere. At some places, the consultants act like your best friend and hug you and I just don't go for that fakeness when making a big purchase. With Tessie at Jon's Bridal, I felt respected and treated like a grown woman who needed guidance to make an expensive decision. Thanks, Tessie!
I loved that I could try on the ACTUAL DRESS and buy it and take it home THAT DAY! At other places I have to imagine what it would be like in my size while clipped into a dress 4 sizes too big. Also, waiting for a dress to be ordered and shipped was driving me insane... too many decision revolve around the dress. I needed it in my possession to move forward and Jon's Bridal let me do this!

The only strange thing is that the label is cut out of the dress. I know it is an Allure, but there is no tag to prove it...I didn't realize it until I got the dress home and wish I was told about this and explained the reason why this is done. I still would have gotten the dress, but I am left curious as to why the label is cut out.

Overall, thanks Tessie and Jon's Bridal for helping me successfully check off the dress choice from my list. I am so glad to have my dress and I am happy with it!!

I went to Jon's Bridal a bit worried, having read several negative reviews about various employees and the state of the dresses. However, those worries proved to be unfounded. It could be that my size (4) isn't as common as some of the others, but none of the 20 or so dresses I tried on were at all dirty or beat up...in fact, I didn't notice any signs they'd ever been tried on before (make-up, etc)! One of the most vilified consultants (Gigi) also happened to be the one to help me. While I will say that she has very strong opinions about what dresses she likes, this doesn't make her completely unflexible in allowing you to try on dresses she doesn't recommend (though, to be frank, her opinions about the dresses were usually right). In fact, the dress that turned out to be "the one" would have be completely overlooked by my mother and me, had it not been for her. However, if you are soft spoken and unwilling to speak up about what you like, she may not be the best consultant for you. I can't speak to their flexibility or professionalism towards brides on a budget, as I took my dress elswhere to be altered and didn't have a price cap when it came to buying my dress, but Gigi brought me dresses ranging from $300 to several thousand and didn't seem at all upset when I fell in love with one for $1,800...so I can't see them treating a bride with a budget poorly, when she was openly offering me less expensive dresses.

Jon's was the first place I went to, since I live right down the street, I have driven by it a thousand times. Then I though, let me shop around. I found cheaper dresses at a David's Bridal and even some dresses the same price...and that's exactly what they were...CHEAP...I was amazed at the fabric...I felt like I was trying on a picnic table cloth...WOW...I then went to Demetrio's Bridal, prices for the dresses were comparable, fabric comparable, styles and fit comparable, but Jon's had better friendliness of staff, personalization, and there is No wait time to order a dress because you get the dress you try on. I literally RAN back to Jon's the next day (since it was then late in the evening). I couldn't get my mind off the beautiful fit of the dress to my body. I didn't even need any alterations. Excellent. Another bummer about David's Bridal was that the consultant was taking care of several brides at the same time...Not at Jon's...You get one on one service...Thanks Denise!!!

I absolutely loved Jon's Bridal. I had already found a dress at David's bridal that i thought was great but my mom wasn't happy with it, so she made me an appt at Jon's bridal. I went in thinking i was just going to try on a few dresses to make my mom happy but i was extremely surprised. My consultant Kim was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what i really wanted and was so helpful in picking out the dresses. When we were almost done trying on dresses she actually came in with a certain dress saying I know you didn't really care for it on the floor but try it on for me. I did and it was actually the one i bought. It was perfect. It was comfortable and made my figure look amazing. I loved my experience it was fun and the staff was great. no pressure at all.

Amazing selection! Friendly staff! After going to one salon in Tampa, and wanting to check Jon's out before leaving town, I reluctantly called, hoping they would take me last minute without an appt. They were actually going to close early (being Father's Day things were slow) but told me to come by any way and they would wait for me (without any appt!) After having been to Kleinfeld's in NYC, I thought there was no way I was going to find a dress that I loved as much as the one at Kleinfeld's (which cost more than I truly wanted to spend). I went to 2 other bridal salons (aside from Kleinfelds), and then during a visit to see my sister in Tampa, decided to try Jon's, after finding it on Google. I didn't know how it all worked (buying the exact dress off the rack, no ordering, final sale, etc.) That made me a little nervous, but not enough to stop me from trying on dresses. One of the dresses on display caught my eye, and is truly one of kind (of 4 salons, I have not see anything like this). I had a gut feeling that would be the dress, but felt guilty asking the woman to take it off the manaquin. She saw my interest and immediately and gladly took it off. It was the first of 7 dresses that I tried on, and I LOVED it!! If you are looking for some fancy experience, you won't find that here (I kind of felt like I stepped into the 80's with the building), but what you will find is a dress that no one else will have, friendly staff, and truly unbeatable prices! The dress looks extremely expensive, but cost only $909. Don't pass this place up, if not for anything, just take a look!

We recently visited Jon's Bridal and our whole experience was wonderful. Not only do they have a huge selection of bridal wear but their staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The whole experience was great and we got a great buy on a beautiful gown.

I had a GREAT experience at Jon's Bridal. I wanted to find a dress that you couldn't find at all the other bridal shops. Jon's Bridal was the first and only bridal shop that I went to. I told Denise (my consultant) what I was looking for and what I did and didn't like. We looked through the dresses and I picked out about 10 to try on. She was very helpful, and patient. She voiced her opinion and also listened to me. It didn't take long for me to find the dress that I loved! I walked out of there that day with my dress. I would definetly recommend Jon's Bridal!

I had a great experience with Tessie C. at Jon's Bridal. I went to Jon's first, shopped around, and went back. Thankfully, the dress I loved was still there. Tessie was a great consultant for both my first and second visit. I bought my gorgeous dress, veil, & headpiece here and absolutely love it! Thank you Tessie, for all your help and making my experience memorable. Two of my friends bought their dress here and I was recommended by them. I would also recommend to those who are looking to make Jon's a must and ask for Tessie. Good luck!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Jon's Bridal. We had previously been to several other stores, from high end to David's, in Orlando and decided to drive to Tampa and see what Jon's had. Our budget was $1500, so we did have a greater selection, than some might have on a tighter budget. We had an appt. and GiGi was the sales consultant that assisted us. She was fun, upbeat and very professional. My daughter explained what she was looking for and GiGi assisted her in finding several to try on, plus several she had not previously considered,they were similar but not quite what she wanted because they laced up in the back. One of the ones GiGi urged her to try on, ended up being "The One". The dress was on sale, and less than $1400 with tax and the special order fee of $100. We also met the owner and I believe his wife, we found them pleasant, courteous and professional, with Jon even walking over to comment to my daughter on her dress, and to make sure the groom did not see her in it before the wedding:). We placed an order and the dress should be here in about 3 1/2 months. We saw another bride in for her final fitting, her dress was lovely and the seamstress took her time and made sure the dress was perfect and the bride was happy before she left. I hope we will have the same experience when it comes time.

I went everywhere and no one else had so many dresses to pick from. Prices were great and service was even better. I really liked that you could personally see every dress they had (none hidden in a back room) and I liked that they had styles you don't see everywhere. My dress is a Robin Jillian Design and it is totally unique.

Amazing experience! I walked in with my mother without an appointment, but fortunately they were able to help us. The sales woman, RB, was so down to earth and listened to all my likes and dislikes as well as my budget. She picked out gowns for me to try on based on that criteria and my personality, and she was so great! She made me feel so special, and gave me her honest opinion when I asked without forcing it on me when I didn't. I walked out with a $1500 (on sale for $1200) dress that day. I haven't had it altered yet, but I am so impressed with Jon's so far (knock on wood). I would highly recommend checking it out!!

I found a beautiful dress with the help of Tessie. My dress had to be ordered from over seas and it was suppose to take up to 18 weeks. It actually took 21 weeks which made me nervous but I was assured that my alterations could be done in 2-3 weeks if I needed. When they called me to come in, I was shocked because I am from out of town and I just happened to be visiting Tampa. It was perfect until I got there. The manager told me that it would take a month for alterations which would mean my dress would be ready two days before my wedding. Then when I explained that wouldn't work, she tried to send me somewhere else to basically be done with us. My mother was upset and asked to speak with the owner and the manager was extremely rude to my mother and threatened to call the police. Basically she turned a special moment into a nightmare. Fortunately, Annette the seamstress came to my rescue. She was able to complete my alterations in four days and did an outstanding job. She even waived the rush order for me considering the chaos I went through. All in all it worked out but I refused to buy my veil there to avoid the manager lady.

This place was wonderful! The staff helped me fins a dress and never was pushy about making a sale. They put you 1st and really try to help you find the dress that makes you feel like the most amazing bride. I will tell everyone I know to go there 1st Before DAVIDS!! The difference between the two places is the style. Davids has many dresses but the are not one of a kind like the designer dresses at Jon's !!!!!! GO TO JON"S 1ST YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to every bridal store in both the Tampa Bay area and the Orlando area and can honestly say that Jon's Bridal is by far the best. First they are huge and they have every size so you don't have to guess what you will look like in the wedding gown. The prices are great and the service is amazing. GiGi helped me and she was AWESOME. She carefully listened to what I wanted and even though there are thousands of wedding gowns there she walked with me to the racks and in 5 minutes we had a hand full of exactly what I was looking for. I saw many dresses that I had seen in other stores but at Jons they were half the price. I also saw a lot of styles that no one else at all had that were beautiful. I think ant anyone who doesn't go to Jons FIRST is making a huge mistake. I just wish I had gone there first as I would have saved sooooo much time. I was extremely impressed by the staff and selection of dresses at John's Bridal. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Tessie, who was my bridal consultant. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and really made my shopping experience a pleasure. John's bridal has the BEST selection of dresses I have seen in the Tampa Bay area. If you want a high-end dress for a fraction of the cost, John's is the place. John's has a great selection of dresses, great deals, and a professional staff.

I was recently a client at Jons bridal, i got helped by Denise, she is truely awesome at what she does, after i chose a few dresses that i thought would look good on me, she allowed me to try them on, i did not agree with the ones that i picked..to my surprise she had picked one that she envisioned on me, needless to say the one that she picked was a perfect fit, and was perfect for the look that i needed to create since my wedding has a garden theme. It is gorgeous ! I am totally satisfied! who would have ever thought that she would know what looked better on me better than i would!!! I purchased the dress and am so glad i did !!!Thanks Ms. Lodge, You rock!!

There's a woman who claims to be the wife of the owner at this store who needs to understand she is not helping her husband stay in business. I've never met anyone in customer service who was so deliberate in ruining wedding experiences throughout the Tampa area.

We were handled by other staff and agreed to what was recommended (pay-in-full) in order to secure a guarantee on alterations and product, as a whole. After ruining the dress with poor alterations, the "owner's wife" not only denied our satisfaction, she was on the offensive with every inquiry to the point of off-the-handle insults. There was no reasonable conversation going to take place. We had to buy a second dress, one week before the wedding. The owners wife refuses professionalism or a refund.

I had a great time buying my wedding dress from Jon's Bridal. I have never bought a wedding dress or been with someone while they bought one. So I had no idea what to expect... The consultant helps you get every dress on and off quickly. There are plenty of choices... and I found MY dress on my very first visit. This was the first place
I went and was surprised it went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jon's Bridal to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Jon's Bridal. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly consultants. I was paired with Denise, the Assistant Manager, who was absolutely wonderful. We showed her two pictures of dresses that I liked to give her an idea of what we were looking for. Not only did we find a dress that mimicked the pictures, but be found another one that was a but more fancy... both were gorgeous! It's nice to have options...Jon's Bridal was amazing, however I'm not sure I would have had the same experience and end results if it hadn't been for Denise. Fortunately for me, we clicked. She was helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and honest. She knew what would work for my body type; how to emphasize my assets and camouflage my flaws. I narrowed my selection to two gowns... one was roughly $1,000 and the other was about $700. Compared to other designer gowns I looked at previously, that was a great price! Actually, I could have purchased both for less than some of the others I liked. I would highly recommend this bridal store. My advice to someone who is looking for The dress is to be patient and open minded. Also, it is beneficial to read over Jon's web-site prior to visiting their store, this way you will be better prepared of what to expect.

A wonderful experience: First of all, I went to David's Bridal and the people were so rude to my mother and I that I would never recommend anyone going there. We asked a few questions, and they couldn't answer them and were very snotty. We then decided to go to Jon's Bridal. First, you have to make an appointment, which I didn't know, but did and came back the same day. Then I went through their selection and pick the ones 'I' liked. Then they took the time to let me try on several dresses and no one pressured me into buying one. I actually picked 2 dresses that were the same (in different sizes not knowing it at the time). I ended up buying that dress. I had an awesome consultant that gave me her views, but acknowledged mine. My mom was there and she enjoyed the experience too. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a dress to go there. Maybe the other people that gave opinions of Jon's Bridal, just didn't understand the procedure and expected to walk in and just try on a dress. If you haven't been dress shopping, it's not like shopping for clothes, those dresses weigh alot and are expensive, so I don't blame Jon's for not allowing you to just 'try' on a dress. Anyway, I loved the experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful selection of one of a kind dresses. Great discounts on dresses for the entire wedding party. Personalized wedding dress consultant adds to the wedding dress selection process. My consultant was soft spoken and let us narrow down the dresses , but made us feel confident that we had picked THE DRESS. Store atmosphere was perfect. Several brides were here at the same time and I still felt like we were the only ones in the store. I would highly recommend Jons Bridal.

Service was amazing and the selection was huge. I loved that you could try on the dresses in your own size. I also really LOVE that they don't allow kids which is on their website. The atmosphere was so wonderful at Jons. I would refer everyone to them.

We went shopping for my daughter's wedding gown. We had already been to another store earlier in the day but thought we would have better luck at Jon's Bridal, we're we mistaken. We had made an appointment for 3pm, they kept us waiting for 30 minutes, our consultant took an extra 10 minutes to go get her soft drink!With the economy the way it currently is, we definitely have a budget for the wedding. We told the consultant our price range of the gown that my daughter was looking for (they advertise low prices), however, she told us we would have a hard time finding anything less than $800. She took my daughter to pick out gowns and continuously commented that we wouldn't find anything in our range. She had 5 gowns for my daughter to try on, only 1 was less than $1,000. During the time that my daughter was trying on the gowns, she told her maybe she should get a job to afford a more expensive gown, when my daughter told her she already had a job, she commented, maybe you should get a second job! Very unprofessional !! Shopping for your wedding gown is a special time in a young woman's life, this was not a good experience for my daughter. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would rate a zero if I could.

When I was looking for my wedding dress I went to at least 10 other stores before I got to Jons Bridal. All I can say now is that I wish I had not wasted all that time and just gone to Jons FIRST. They are huge (like the size of 10 stores in one) and it is awesome to try on wedding gowns in your own size. The prices were lower than anywhere else and they had good service. What I liked most was that had a lot of styles that were not anywhere else. I like the idea that I'm not wearing the same wedding gown as hundreds of other girls.
