A salon is only as good as the people who work there. I've been seeing Donna for years and never once has she given me anything but a great haircut and excellent highlights. The receptionists are always friendly and there's a very laid back atmosphere there. Even though they're moving to a new location, I'll follow because I know I'll get great service every time.

This salon is average. Alan is pretty good but not consistent and Anna did a terrible job on my hair. However, the atmosphere is very nice and the receptionist is nice also. The prices are very reasonable... "I guess you get what you pay for." I won't go back.

Whoever this girl had do her hair must me long gone by now because every hair stylist at this salon is excellant and listen very well to what you want and will do anything to make the customer happy. I would never dare to go anywhere else to get my hair done. I love the all the stylists and receptionists!

This is the WORST salon! I live close by and went their having found them on the internet. I talked to the hair stylist about what I wanted, I told her three shades of natural blonde highlights, she said dying the rest of my hair brunette would be good I didn't agree and told her NO BRUNETTE!

She was argumentative in her tone, pushly trying to get me to select the colors she thought I should have!! I compromised!
Then she put in the highlights and I was reading a magazine with my head in, she goes away comes back and I feel her lifting the foils, thinking she was just checking the development of the highlights, I didn't look up for a while until I felt my scalp get wet!!

Yes, you guessed it!!! She was addding DARK BRUNETTE dye to my hair!!!!!! I asked her what she was doing and she mumbled and I was like maybe its a clear shine so I asked her again, she then told me as she was close to finishing!!

I was furious! Who does this!!?!?!?!

The cut was worse than if I had of let my little 9 yr old brother cut it, long hairs not cut, short hair sections in part!

Needless to say I left the salon and burst into tears! I got home and my dad who never says anything bad said "thats really really bad". I had to cut my hair myself again!

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM THIS "SALON"!!

PROS: NONE! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!
CONS: I'M REALLY NOT KIDDING THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!

WOW! Love this salon! I've been going to Cavallo for several years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. After initially visiting as a walk-in, I became a loyal customer. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and down-to-earth. I've had my hair cut, colored, and highlighted and have always been pleased with the results. I've also compared their prices with those of other salons, and found them to be very reasonable. In addition, I've recommended Cavallo services to friends, co-workers, boyfriends, even tourists -- and there have been nothing but superlatives for the salon. Maybe the furnishings and decor aren't as "swank" as some of the other facilities in the area, but you won't care when you see how wonderful you look and feel after a visit.
