We have had several vehicles repaired at Certified Auto Body over the last few years (teenage drivers) and in every case we have been extremely happy with them. The work that they do is outstanding and the one time that there was a minor issue with one of the headlight lenses, Rob the owner took care of it without any questions. The people at Certified have always been very courteous and professional and it has been my experience from shopping around that their prices are better that their local competition. In one case when one of my kids ran into the back of a truck and we were paying out of pocket, Rob worked with us to keep the cost as low as possible saving us about $2000 as compared to another quote from another shop. In another case when our vehicle was not worth repairing, they helped us dispose of the vehicle to a salvager and got us a nice check which went toward that replacement vehicle. We love Certified and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
We were in an accident in June 2010 and the insurance company recommend Certified for our repairs. We had the vehicle towed to them and it took about 3 weeks to make the repairs.
When we finally got the vehicle back and were driving it home when we noticed the vehicle was running hotter than usual. When it was in idle it would bounce from the mid line gage to the red line gage. So we brought the vehicle back and apparently the tech didn't put any coolant in the unit.
The following Monday on the way to work the vehicle seized up and all the transmission fluid leaked from the vehicle. We had the vehicle towed back to Certified and they told us that the tech didn't seal something correctly.
We took the vehicle home for a third time and the A/C would blow hot air when the vehicle was in idle. We took the vehicle back and they told us that all the Freon was drained from the A/C when they did the repairs so they needed to fill it up.
We left and the A/C continued to do the same thing. We were so upset with this company's lack of knowledge that we did not take the vehicle back for a 4th time.
It is now a year later and we still have the same problems. The A/C still does not work properly and blows out hot air when in idle. The vehicle does not run at the same temperature as it use to and it bounces up and down when in idle.
Certified charged an arm and a leg for the repairs and the insurance company says the repairs are guaranteed for as long as we own the vehicle. But what am I suppose to do when Certified is the auto body that has to make those repairs?
We will be trading in our vehicle and getting something new because Certified is not trustworthy or knowledgeable enough to make the necessary repairs.

I had my 2010 Porsche in at certified and from start of the repair Rob made the whole process smooth called every third day and when it was ready late on Friday he met me there saterday when shop is closed to deliver a perfect repair. Definatly would return if any body work is need. When I was dropping off my Porsche I noticed that there was a new Ferrari , yellow Lamborghini ,and yellow nsx Definatly the shop for high line cars.

This business has done work on 3 auto's for me and my husband.
They are awesome! Great work, timely, very polite and professional. They have a great BMW specialist who does repairs, oil changes, airconditioner work, etc, etc, Drive by there anytime during the week, you will see that they have good business...if they weren't up to standards, the lot would be empty.

Not only were they slow to repair my car, they never made any contact to keep me aprised of when it would get finished. When finally finished the car repairs were substandard, poor paint finish and panel repair, going back in for the third time.

Don't hesitate to bring your car to certified! After our insurance company was giving us the run around trying to get the shop to use salvage parts, the owner Rob went to bat for us. He insisted for safety sake that new Honda parts be used on our car. The work was superb, our car looks and rides like the day we bought it brand new! Rob is honest, trust worthy, and a true professional. And ladies, he's kinda cute!

Certified Auto Body in Palm Bay off US1 has terrible customer service. They seem nice at first, but then once you drop off your car and sign the papers it is all down hill. They promised my car would be finished in a few days and it took over a week! I had to call and check up on it several times with the same response and with no sense of being apologetic or understanding. The work was OK, but still did not meet the standards and quality of work that I had expected. I will never go back there again.

This shop is has a good reputation and I would suggest you take it there if you need some body repair. The owner is very honest and the turn around time is awesome. Not only is the turn around time good but also is their work. They did a patch on my car and they blended it so perfectly I could not even tell that there use to be a dent there.
