Guy's Automotive

I will never transfer to any other auto repair shop in Tampa now that I have experienced the services of Guys Automotive. After a week of stalling whenever I press on the accelerator, three different auto repair shops, and spending almost $460, Guys automotive was a real blessing. They were the only one who actually fixed the problem that I had a ripped hose that costs less than $10. Imagine that! To think they did not even have to use a diagnostic machine. They did it the old-school way: looking under the hood of my car.

I am absolutely recommending Guys Automotive to everyone. With my traumatic experiences with the other shops in Tampa, trust me, there is no other auto repair shop that is as honest and as accommodating as this one.

Unsatisfactory auto repair is very common in Tampa Bay. It is hard to find a good auto repair shop that you can trust these days. Some shops just butcher your car and bring more problems than solutions.

Tampa is fortunate that it still has one of those endangered species of credible auto repair shops. I had my transmission checked last week at Guys Auto. I always have my transmission checked after twelve to fifteen miles to know if there are any problems that should be immediately addressed. I never would want to experience having a blown transmission again. I know you will agree with me that having a car breaking down on you in the middle of the road is a huge hassle especially if you are driving with the family.

I am satisfied with how Guys Auto handled me (well, them handling my car is the same as them handling me since I am the one driving it). They have very accommodating and professional staff, and an organized working area. I am not a neat-freak but I like auto repair shops that are orderly. It makes me comfortable knowing I am leaving my car in the hands of organized people.

I am very pleased with the repair job done at Guy's Automotive. My car was a mess and now it is running perfect. This shop definetly can walk the walk not just talk the talk!

WARNING: I know these guys have a lot of glowing reviews about how great and how honest they are but my experience was the complete opposite. They quoted me several thousands dollars worth of needed repairs and scared the crap out of me. I'm very glad I went for a second opinion. I saved myself thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs.

This shop is awsome, they fixed my Dodge for a third of the dealer's price. My truck needed a computer and they saved me money with a used computer. The dealer told me that a used computer can't be put into the truck since it wouldn't be programable. Guy at
Guy's Automotive assured me he does them all the time and he did it and it worked. His shop also found my electrical battery drain that the dealer told be did not exist. I am grateful for their top notch techs that worked on my truck. I will recommend them to everyone I know, Dan

Great shop to get your car serviced. I tell everyone I know to go to Guy's Automotive because they do great work on my car. I love there work and would not go anywhere else to fix my Mercedes.
