Never will I do business with them again. My credit card was double charged...it happens - whether deliberate or accidental. But when I contacted the manager, Richard, he said it wasn't them and that it was the fault of the credit card company. I had to call the credit card company to put in a "dispute". Since our businesses deal with credit cards on a daily basis, I was pretty surprised he thought I'd buy his lie for lack of responsibility. And he didn't care about the situation - not even a little. I didn't argue with him as I knew it was a waste of my time and energy. I said thank you and called my credit card company. Done. If you NEED to get gas there, please watch you statements.

My rating of your business seams to be very negative so far and might remain such for a very long time as I have been robed of $150.00 by one of your employees and when I called to ask to talk to the manager today, January 13th 2011 at 11.45 am, I was told not available and hung up on.
On December 29th 2010 at 18:14:09, after a long day of driving and of some mechanical problems, I stopped at your gas station in order to refuel my RV and ask for a preauthorization for $150.00 to be put on my Canadian credit card as I cannot put through your pumps that require a US postal code that I don't have. Going back to the pump, I realized that the price that you were charging for credit card others than yours was much higher per gallon. I therefor required an cancellation of the preauthorization; I was requested to give my credit card again to reverse the transaction, was handled a receipt mentioning -$150.00 and my credit card, but didn't read the rest of the receipt. Once back in Canada, I checked my account and found out that the transaction had not been canceled and had not been placed as a preauthorization, but as a transaction and no credit had been applied. When I called Visa, they made me check the complete cancellation receipt and then discover that supposedly the cancellation had been done under a cash form that is incorrect as I never received any cash or even signed for it.
Today, after finding out from Visa that I had to try to deal with your organization directly, I called and as I mentioned earlier was hung up on.
Consider this as a first and last kind request to correct this matter as this is pure robbery through mishandling of clients moneys.
I am myself in business and would not tolerate this type of behavior from any of my staff.
Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know how you consider handling this matter.
