*FAIL* SCAM * FRAUD* THEFTS by Mgmt (insider Knowledge) , As a former employee , I have witnessed the above at work in Gainesville SA. What is offered to you to purchase is the garbage they didn't throw away. Save your money ! Management keeps all the good stuff for themselves and sells it on Craigslist for personal profit. Right Carmen?

Things have change in the past year greatly. New management has made a great difference. The place is neat and clean. Employees seem to be happy and provide great service. I enjoy shopping there almost everyday. I love it. Keep up the good work.

The store is apparently under new management, and the changes are impressive. The store is always clean and employees are more selective in the donations accepted. It is no longer a "dumping ground." I have seen daily specials that are amazing. I have been a fan for years, and no longer hesitate to recommend this store as a great place to shop!!!

Okay...this place is not for the squeamish....it's usually kind of dirty...as is the merchandise....if you can get past this, the deals are amazing...all kids clothing are a $1.00 a piece, and I have left there with some amazing deals on HIGH END Items....however, I always leave there feeling like I need to take a bath.

If you are a die hard thrifter, you can usually always find something here.

PROS: Cheap Cheap Cheap
CONS: Dirty Dirty Dirty

As far as thrifts go, this one is probably the worst in Gainesville. The prices are not in keeping with the quality, which is pretty poor. The furniture is almost always dirty and in bad condition or missing parts. The clothing is old fashioned and sometimes stained and dirty. The appliances are scary and I would never buy one with any amount of faith. The workers seem nice enough and the Salvation Army does serve the poor and underpriveleged, so if you are in need and desperate, you can get a voucher for clothing here, but nothing really nice. Lots of coffee mugs and vases in the housewares section, again, poor quality for small appliances and such. I wish they would be a little more selective in what they put for sale and just offer the rest for free! I would skip shopping here unless you have no other choice.

PROS: Low prices for cheap items.
CONS: Cheap items, dirty and poor quality.
