terrible customer service. not recommended at all! this is for people needing assistance and they lack the ability to provide just that. Walker Mobilility provided excellent customer service.
1DO NOT USE FLORIDA MOBILITY! I reserved & paid for a scooter to be delivered to my Disney resort. It was not delivered. The bellman even checked with the other Disney resorts to see if it had been delivered to another by mistake. When I called to inquire about it on Saturday I got the answering machine & called their on-call number. A completely inaudible voice mail was left on my cell Saturday night, I didn't even know it was Florida Mobility that called. Around 9pm Sunday FM called asking if I was enjoying the scooter. I told the man I had to rent from another company & expected a refund from them. He was rude, said it was delivered to Music as requested. I told him I was not staying at Music & he argued that he forgot the name, but took it to the right hotel so I would not be refunded. When I called the office they apoligized & said they would put the credit on my card right away. A week later I had not gotten the credit so I called again & was told I would not be refunded because the product was delivered. It may have been delivered somewhere, but it was not delivered to my hote. I am going to file a dispute on my visa.

There customer care was great and they worked well with my insurance. My chair only take 2 months to receive, which is a miracle since most places take forever. Then when they was a problem with my chair they took it back and repaired it quickly.

CONS: No complaints here
