I lived here 5 years ago, maybe it has changed since then. The fountains were disgusting, the pool was not able to be used, and the playground had rusty nails everywhere. The staff was not helpful at all and even refused to give me the name of the management when I asked. I was very glad to leave that place.

Moving to Fountain Square Apartments was a terrible decision. The complex was sold in May of 2007 and quickly became a DUMP. \r\n\r\nOur two pools have things living in them (large tadpoles)...we're thinking we'll be able to use them for fishing out of in about a month. They are a beautiful dark green/black (ZERO visibility), and have been for over two months - the PCHealthD actually shut them down. Nothing is being done to remediate the problem. No pool company. No pool maintenance at all.\r\n\r\nWe also have new exterior decorations. I guess instead of fixing the Central Heat/Air Unit, Fountain Square has decided to give residents Air Conditioning Window Units. There?s about 10 (out of 120) apartments with these new window fixtures.\r\n\r\nWe have not received a reduction in our rent rates; we haven't received much of anything. The LAST thing anyone wants to do is live here.

Pros: Good Area

Cons: No useable pools.
