I purchased a used 2001 Mercury Cougar from this dealership in August of last year. Since then I have had to 1. Replace the trunck latch less than 6 weeks after purchase when it broke and came open on me on the interstate. 2. Replace a valve, connector, and part of the coolant hose because the metal connector was rusted out on the INSIDE and left me stranded about 200 miles from my home on a Sunday night. Over $500.00 for repairs and towing. 3. Purchase a new battery. I know used cars don't get rigorous testing, but at least test to make sure the battery in the car you are selling is good, or inform the customer that it will have to be replaced soon. 4. Constant problems with the starter or other mechanical problem with the engine not starting. Has left me stranded at least 3 times now, including more missed time from work. Total cost of towing and repairs so far for this "quality used car" has been over $1000.00, All in all, had I known the vehicle they sold me would be of such LOW quality, I would have gone somewhere else.

I went to this dealership int sweats and a baseball cap. I amke $100,000 a year and often dress like this when buying a new car. I refuse to buy a vehicle from a company that will judge me on my outfit. I could afford almost any car they have there and left without anyone even approching me. I am very disappointed.

Nice selection of cars and a good location. The salespeople were anxiously looking for someone to help. I set up an appointment with a particular salesperson. He found a car somewhat in our pricerange...took it for a test drive and the salesman was very helpful...took his time to answer all of my questions. I had a difficult time getting a "rock bottom" price. I had to wait nearly an hour. My patience was running thin, and then I was hounded to death to buy right then and there. Unfortunately I had already given them my personal information, in order to obtain a better deal. (yeah, right) and I received phone call after phone call for WEEKS! Never again will I give them my personal info. if I should test drive there again.

PROS: nice selection, good price range
CONS: pushy salespeople, can't accept no for an answer
