I used these people for 3 years, mainly because its such a huge deal to switch accountants. They performed CPA services for my small business, and I wasn't happy from the very first unreturned phone call. Things never improved. They lied about most everything they promised. The old over promise/under deliver scenerio. Their office was extremely rude to me (the girl actually yelled at me) when I asked her her name for my records. I told them I wasn't going to be using them anymore and never heard from the owner. Again they could care less. Poor customer service + Poor communication = A Poor Company. Live & Learn
