Went in for a leaking steering problem and was sold a steering rack for $510!!! I found OEM Steering rack at another Chrysler Dealer online for $325, printed it out, showed it to them and they would not honor a price match on it... Then while waiting at home, they called trying to sell me a brake master cylinder unit for $322 while I found the same OEM part for under $100!

They try to instill FEAR into Clients with worrisome questions about parts which I found out the Master Cylinder only needed to be topped off. Get price quotes elsewhere before allowing these money Chiselers into Your wallet.

Crystal Chrysler sales agents and their management staff at Brooksville dealership were seriously deceptive to us. We were NEVER given the FULL Carfax report detailing that it was in a front car collision which resulted in damage to the front of vehicle and caused airbags to deploy. We were NEVER told that the car was purchased at auction from a Leasing Company and then Sold to another individual before us. We were told we were SECOND owners from an older gentleman and the vehicle was in Brand New Condition. After One year of trying to fix the vehicle and its engine light issues, we chose to trade it for a FORD and that is when the Ford Company gave us the Auto Check. We have lost so much money and it has caused us so much aggrivation that it is sinful that these practices at the Crystal dealership could be allowed to continue. This was a 2009 vehicle they we purchased in 2009...how can so much bad history be kept from us?

Be very careful with this dealership. Seems the service dept is very skilled at one one thing. " SCAMS".
It's worth the drive to take your dodge or crysler to another service dealership. Do not waste your time or even better " your hard earned money".

We took our Dodge Caravan to their Service Department for some ongoing problems. We were told that a part we had just had replaced somewhere else was incorrect for this model Caravan. I told them not to replace it I would take it back to the place that had supposedly put on the wrong part. I went back to the first place and we looked at both partsand they were exactly the smae. When I went back to Crystal Service Department and told them this, they called a Senior Technician who said they determine them by the numbers on them, as that is the only way to tell them apart. However, the part that I had previously purchased did not have Dodge numbers on it, as it was aftermarket. So I asked them how could they tell the difference? They could not respond. So be careful with them place replacing things that do not need to be replaced and or following instructions...they went ahead and replaced this pulley after I told them not to. Plus when we got the car back after spending almost $600. on repairs it sounded worse then it did when we originally brought it in .

Just bought a brand new Jeep lIberty from them, excellent customer service. We had our 2 year old son with us and they did everything they could to keep him busy. Great experience.
