Cafe Pastis

This is one of my favorite little French restaurants in Miami. It's a tiny little hole in the wall place but, oh so reminiscent of the kind of cafe you would find in the south of France...Owned by a family from Marseilles they really know the business of this style of cooking. My favorite meal is the mussels y frites...a big bowl with crispy French fries...I also love their salads, always fresh and wonderfully flavorful.

You do have to wait for a table if you go during peak dinner hours, but sometimes you just might get lucky and grab an outdoor table..The prices are a bit on the higher sides these days, but isn't everything.
