Jimmies Restaurant

My husband and I had breakfast today at Jimmie's new location. The restaurant is spacious. There are tables outside overlooking the Turtle Creek Golf Course. This would be nice when the weather is cooler. We arrived at 9 a.m. and were seated within 5 minutes. Service was fast and our food arrived in the expected time. We were surprised that we were seated so quickly as there was a stream of customers going from and coming into the restaurant. Our food was good as it always was at the old location. I like my bacon crisp and it was prepared just as I like it. We are looking forward to more visits to Jimmie's Restaurant at Turtle Creek Golf Club.

Ate there on Monday (9-15-08) for breakfast their first day back-great to see the old crew again-food was as good as it has always been-went there again last night for the Rockledge Kiwanis meeting-the dinner was superb-service was excellent. Reasonably priced I had the Mahi Mahi it was absolutely perfect, done to perfection and had a lot of flavor. Some of the others had the meatloaf special-I'll be ordering that next. Jimmy has redone the interior and it looks terrific-all the baseball memorabilia is in the bar area great outside seating. If you haven't tried the new Jimmy's yet put it at the top of your list to try next -- Georgia P

They do not have a dinner menu, per se, but use thier lunch menu and specials.

My family loves Jimmie's... but they have been gone a long time now. Malibu's has filled in the gap and done a fantastic job. Malibu's had pretty crappy evening service, but now you can find "Sissy" serving breakfast. She used to work at Jimmie's and is doing a great job. Plus with fruit and half a muffin added to an already great breakfast at no cost - Malibu's may have used Jimmie's disappearance as a new chance to gain Rockledge support!

I've only eaten at Jimmy's 3 times...the food was just OK, the bacon was tough like beef jerky! Then to top it off, when asked where their new location would be, their answer was "we can't tell you yet". Well, guess what? They moved and the old building was demolished to make way for yet another Walgreen's! It seems their secrecy may have doomed them, because NOBODY seems to know where they moved to!!?? Perhaps they never re-opened? Oh well, not that great anyway!

I used to eat here about twice a week. But then my salad greens got dirtier and dirtier. I complained and recieved a lackluster responce. When a dead fly was in my salad, I just couldnt go back. I loved those salads, they were so good. Flies, so not. Hopefully they come back around, but I dont think I can look at a salad again the same

Our kids love this place. It is a mixture of gameworks, and a restaurant. They have some nice fun electronic games for the kids, and good cuisine for us. Highly recommended for families.
The spices make it all have a great taste
although we got our food to go we liked the atmosphere and the staff was courteous . My pork chops and my husbands blackened type quesadilla were reallly great!!

My wife introduced me to Jimmie's when we were just dating. It's a great place to grab lunch if you're interested in down home atomosphere and friendly people. Jimmy has baseball stuff on all the walls and their staff has been there forever. The only drawback is that they're not open for dinner, so be sure to get there before 2pm since they close at 3. I've often gone to Jimmies and then realized I didn't have any cash, they simply said "no problem, pay us when you can". The last time that happened it took me 3 months to get back there and when I did they simply said thanks and have a good day. That's awesome. Trust is rare these days and Jimmies still believes in it.

The staff here is wonderful....friendly...they treat you like they've known you forever. The prices are cheap, the food quality is not! The food is every bit as good as any home cooked meal. The atmosphere is friendly, fun, and laid back. Another WONDERFUL family restaurant!
