GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. QUICK BUY. PROFFESIONAL PERSONEL. Everyone I dealt with at the dealer treated me with the outmost respect. I would greatly recommend GRAND PRIZE CHEVROLET for your car purchase. I bought a 2012 Tahoe and I am very pleased with it.

Great Customer Service. I bought my Silverado 1500 2012. Very happy and the salesman Jorge Gonzalez the best. I strongly recommend Grand Prize for your next car purchase.

Bought a car there last year, and I had no issues. It was a painless and exciting process from beginning to end!

I am a African American male who has been a Grand Prize customer for approximately ten years. I went in for a brake job which cost me over $500.00, after picking up the car I realized it was still not properly repaired. I returned for the service to be corrected. The service personal , after leaving a message to convey that the vehicle was ready did not realize that the phone was still on, he continued to say "" %^cking black bastard, now go tell Rubin that, if Don would have fixed it right the first time. Grand Prize delivered the Grand Suprise, RACISM! RUDENESS! And Horrible customer service.

NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst Dealership in Miami. My family and I went to Grand Prize Chevrolet on SW 152nd Avenue to test drive a Traverse. At the very begining of our negotiations the salesman, knowing that I am Cuban American, made a racial slur about Cubans to me. To make it even worse he did it in front of my wife and children. He told me he was Puerto Rican/Italian despite the fact that I never asked nor cared about his ethnicity. I was very angry and left the dealership. I called to complain to the Sales Manager. At one point during the phone conversation I addressed the sales manager as ""dude"" as I wa raised in the 80's in the USA and have never know the term to be disrepectful. The sales manager became enraged because I addressed him as dude. I guess he would have preferred ""your highness"" He then hung up on me. Ridiculously bad customer service, absolute lack of proffesionalism. Should have known when I saw no customers in the dealership at about 2:00 pm on a Sunday. To bad GM shut down Spitzer Autoworld instead of Grand Prize. Big Mistake on their part.

The people running the body shop are crooks. They swindled me out of a tire sensor (worth $200 installed). My Suburban was towed there after it was hit on the front, driver side tire and quarter panel in an accident. They replaced the sensor in the tire that was hit, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me that the tire sensor in the front, passenger side tire was defective and that since that tire was not hit in the accident, my insurance was not paying for it. Before the accident, all the tire sensors were working fine. Moreover, while the vehicle was at the body shop, I got a diagnostic report from OnStar (a computer diagnostic) showing that the front, passenger side tire sensor was working fine. The body shop must have used the good tire sensor from the front, passenger side to install it in the front, driver side, got paid for it by my insurance, and want me to pay for the tire sensor they stole from me.

BEWARE: They will lie and take advantage of you!OFFENDING PARTY: Reuben Garcia - Manager of Service - Grand Prize Chevrolet, Miami, FLOCCURRENCE: I brought my car in for service and before I could leave, I was asked to sign a form. This was not optional and I was not allowed to challenge what was on the form, so I made sure I specified that I would like a call before the work was done so I can make a decision if I wanted to proceed or not. However, when I did get the call, the work was already done. In addition, the total cost of the part was $2. The total bill? Near $70. Rip-off? Of course! But most importantly, I am disgusted by the unethical business dealings of this company and the inconsiderate response I received from Reuben Garcia when I alerted him of my complaint. He had the audacity to say that they COULD have charged me more according to the paper they made me sign. So in other words, I should shut up and be grateful! Unfortunately, this isn't their first complaint, in my online research I have seen many other dissatisfied customers from sales to service. And what is their number one complaint? What do all these bad reviews have in common? They lie and take advantage of customers. THEIR PROPOSED SOLUTION: Deal with it and go somewhere else, we did nothing wrong. (Since when is having no ethics doing nothing wrong?)MY LAST WORDS: What goes around, comes around... I can't wait until someone takes advantage of you just because they CAN.

My mom bought her Chevy there. It's really a fair place but their commercials are so damn annoying. I think all car commercials are annoying but theirs are more so. So I might not use them...But the store is honest.
