I purchased a high end bedroom set for my daughter from the store in Boca Raton. I specifically asked if the set was in stock and for estimated delivery dates. The sales person checked and told me everything was in stock and could be delivered before the end of October, it was September. They delivered four of the five pieces on all different delivery dates. If that was not bad enough I am still waiting in December for the actual canopy bed. A sales person called me to let me know it would not be available until sometime at the end of January. I felt it to be unacceptable and asked for a manager. It took several days to get one but he finally called me before Thanksgiving and said he would try to find the bed for me. He called me days later and found a bed to deliver. I am hoping its not from a floor display. Either way, he said someone would call me to schedule delivery. No one called so i made another call to the store and demanded to get on a schedule. I asked specifically for a morning deliver. They cannot offer any notice on time frames but did say they would request ealry for me. I never did get the email confirmation on any of the deliveries. I called this morning to ask for the time and not to my surprise it is scheduled for late afternoon during the exact hours I need to pick up my daughter from school. The driver said he can't place me on the earliest 1p time as he has too many others to deliver today. This company has no idea of what customer service is about. I caution you and wish I could send all the furniture back and buy from Beals. They are a much better company! I have nothing good to say about Carl's. They lost a customer for life. Horrible! We purchased almost $18000 worth of patio furniture from these guys. 2 months after we purchased it was delivered. 2 months later 3 of 4 chairs broke. We then returned these chairs to the store where the manager said he would fix it. It is now 3 months later and after 3 calls a week and multible visits the chairs are still in the back of the store. No one to call and address for the corp offices. I would highly suggest that you stay away from Carls Furniture and Carl's Patio. You will regret any purchase from them.

i actually had a wonderful experience at carl's in boca, sales people very friendly and try very hard to find what your looking for, you can special order basically anything you want, i found it very easy to get a hold of my sales rep, kids were invited in and they were not like robots, very refreshing, great selection NICOLE MILLER FURNITURE amazing!! GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE, COMFORTABLE...i recommend trying out this store. CR

Horrid customer service--miserably disappointed. Chairs ordered have been delayed shipment by months--repeatedly promised and then retracted. Refuse to sell chairs on salesroom floor as prioritize future sales over completed transactions. Salespeople unavaible to return calls, rude, and unknowledgeable. Strongly caution against purchase from this company.

Purchased a lot of furniture from Carls and their selection is pretty good with fair prices (for the quality) but communication (esp. regarding item availability) is lacking... I would suggest Robb & Stucky for high end furniture as an alternative.
