I was a little nervous trying out a new salon, but I decided to give this one a shot. I'm super glad I did. I decided to try out a new, shorter cut after having long hair for years. The staff was helpful and informative. Not only did they guide me to choose the right cut for me, but they also taught me lots of interesting information about my hair. They never tried to push products or services on me, and it was a true pleasure to go to them!

I RECENTLY VISTED THE SALON I WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL THE HAIR STYLIST THAT DID MY HAIR APPARENTLY HAD NO EXPERIENCE MY HAIR FRIZZED UP IN NO TIME. THE FUNNIEST PART WAS THE OWNER COMMING TO WORK STILL INTOXICATED FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE. I CANNOT EXPLAN HOW THEY STILL ARE IN BUSINESS. HOPE THIS TEACHES THEM A LESSON OR THEY SHOULD TAKE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CLASSES. SO MY RATING IS NOT GOING TO BE LISTED SINCE THEY DID NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE MARK TO CHECK OFF. MAYBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFIC BUT MINE WAS NOT THANK YOU

I have searched everywhere for a salon that is as attentive and caring to the customers needs and I finally found it. The owner, Rachael was very concerned about making me happy and spent a good half hour discussing exactly the colors and style that I wanted, even though it was past closing time on a Friday night. I would recommend this salon to anyone who cares about results as well as a great experience while there.

From the moment I walked in to Rachael & Jovan I knew I was home. Everyone Had a smile and treated me like family. It is rare to see people who take pride in their work and I saw it here. Every service they offer they do their best and it shows! THANKS RACHAEL & JOVAN!
