The trick to Dim Sum is to get there right when they open. For instance on Sunday, get there at 11 and you will get the freshest batches of Dim Sum. I love their pan-fried chicken and chives dumplings, Chinese broccoli, and their crispy fried shrimps. It is so mega yummo! Parking is limited and it gets crowded, so beat the crowd by being the first people they serve.

Chan's service Cantonese style Chinese cuisine and they are known for serving dim sum every day, but a much larger variety on the weekends. The food is decent especially the dim sum and service can be spotty as they get really busy during lunch; there is usually a line out the door!
PROS: Good food, authentic dim sum
CONS: Parking on weekends, somewhat pricey
