This false complaint was filed on other web sites, story changes each time. This was for a residential home in a residential neighborhood. This customer was renting the home out to a Cab Co, which involved higher sewage usage. At one point the tennant would not let us in the house to conduct work. He had a dispute with the landlord. There's also a false statement about the septic tank being next to the neighbor's back door. In all my 35 yrs exp, I have never seen a tank in a yard next to a neighbor's back door. We did a few complimentary pump outs during the time of waiting, from over usage. It took over a 1 1/2 wks for the state to provide the permit. The state was behind in issuing permits at that time. The company in which the septic tank was ordered from, was back ordered which took extra time & out of Ace Plumbings control. The job was done in a professional manner. We also kept a call log. It was inspected & passed by the state & county inspections. Also the county & the state are prohibited to comment on any co. which makes the statement from this customer a false statement. You can call the county @ 850-595-3550 or the state @ 850-595-6100. Mr. Coker has worked for over 100,000 customers in Escambia County & he knows there is at least 1 out of 50,000 customers that no one can satisfy, not implementing anything towards this customer. The customer lied & didn't pay on completion. He took 5 mo. to pay in full. You can call at 850-455-8222.

Let me tell you about Ace Plumbing. My neighbor has a septic tank that is outdated, and was backing raw sewage in out back yard close to our back door. They called Ace Plumbing at 8861 Gulf Beach Hwy Pensacola, FL (850) 455-8222\r
and they were here within hours. They surveyed the situation, quoted a price and said they could get on it as soon as permits were pulled. My neighbors agreed to the deal and paid them 3000 dollars out of the 5400 they requested, with the agreement to pay the rest upon completion. 4 days later they showed up to find the water table and determine how much drain field they needed and proceeded to dig a 5x5x5 hole in the yard. Then they dug up the tank Then they left. After 4 missed appointments, they finally showed up 9 days later and and they had a truck load of dirt dropped in front of my neighbor's carport, in my back driveway, and then they said they were going to get the tank and would be back in a few hours. This was 9 days ago. My neighbor has called them everyday since, and everyday they have said they would be here in a hour. They keep saying an emergency call came in. Does raw sewage bubbling up in your back yard where you have a newborn baby, and a three other children ranging from 5 to 15 years of age, not to mention the holes everywhere not to be considered an emergency? They already got my neighbor's money and according to the county Ace plumbing knows how long they can delay before a suit can be filed. Also the county said they have a bad history and would be ducking calls before long thanks to caller ID. \r
\r
\r
This is a very bad company that only wants the money. They couldn't care less about the customer. They want your money and then you wont see them again.\r
\r
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE and avoid any other business who sponsors them, or is somehow affilliated with them.
