Prepare yourself for huge locker rooms with eucalyptus scented steam rooms and sauna, piles of plush towels in every corner and a very relaxed ambiance. Almost all of the cardio equipment on the main floor has individual plasma screen tvs and is kept extremely clean. The weight training equipment includes some of the latest in Free Motion machines for functional training.
