Mama Jennie's Italian Rstrnt

I was not impressed. The hostess was friendly but there was a very nonchalant waitress who took care of me; I was uncomfortable even asking questions. I was recently given a gift certificate to Mama Jennie's and I don't even want to go there after my last visit. Most of them were very friendly but I ended up with the waitress that made me feel unwelcome and the food was okay at best; I was not impressed being that it's an authentic Italian restaurant..

This warm friendly restaurant is helpful, serves great food and is reasonable, and best of all, they're 5 minutes from our house. We have eaten there for years and enjoy the meal every time we go. Wish there were more restaurants like this

I have been going there for many years. It is a small place with a lot of atmosphere. It is worth the wait too. The weekend evenings can get very crowded. They have a small bar area where you can have a drink while you wait for your table. The food is always good. They offer an early bird special which includes a drink, entree and a choice for dessert.
The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly.
