These guys are absolute crooks! Took vehicle in for a door lock not working, replaced all the parts, door locks now but does not unlock, it unlocked before, just would not lock. 2 hour job took 5 hours and I was charged over $500, said I have a bad wire... then why replace all the parts? Car was COVERED in grease, johhnys car wash charged me $60 to get the grease off everything it was that bad. If Mark is your service rep make sure you bring the Vaseline for the screwing you are going to get.
Considering this dealership is owned buy our local congressman, I am not surprised. When it is time to trade this vehicle for a new ford, I will not get it from Satrasota Ford.
