I was involved in a big accident and didnt know what to do. I have heard of Charlie's Paint and Body Shop and wanted to pass by, the moment I drove up to the shop I got a good feeling, big and clean. Juan Jr guided me with the process of filing a claim. 9 Days latter I was driving away in my car. It looked great. I swear it looked even better than before. They even had it cleaned for me. I have to give it to Juan and his staff; you guys did a beautiful job and have gained another customer for life. This hands down is the best shop in Miami.

Nicest staffs ever, fast and excellent work... I've been rear-ended twice over the last couple of years, and both times I've taken my car to Charlie??s Paint and Body Shop. Although it's never fun having to get your car worked on, these guys are so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and patient, that I actually walk out of there with a smile. They are so tolerant of me calling in with questions and asking them to help me deal with these insurance companies, etc. Luckily other people's insurance paid for my damage both times. Charlie??s Paint and Body in Miami did excellent work and very fast. I absolutely recommend them highly.

This was the second time I was involved in an accident. The first time, I took State Farm??s advice, and had one of their preferred shops fix my vehicle. What a mess! The shop was a hole in the wall and the car was making lots of noises till the day I sold it. This time around I wanted to pick my own shop, not one from their list that does whatever they tell them to. After two days of looking online and calling places, I came down to three shops in Miami. I went to all three shops in person. I am a very picky person and was very satisfied to have chosen Charlie??s Paint and Body Shop to fix my car. Needless to say 10 days later Javier called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. Wow, believe me, I looked hard for defects. Nothing, just like new. Thanks to Charlie??s Paint and Body Shop in Miami I can get some good night sleep again. You??re truly the best shop in Miami, keep it up. Customer and Friend for life?

These people are amazing. I've been driving for 14 years and recently had my first accident, although it wasn't even my fault. I was worried because the auto body industry on the whole isn't exactly known for being quick. The reason being I was in Miami for the Holidays and leaving back home out of state in exactly one week. After looking online for a shop with good reviews, I came across Charlies Paint and Body Shop in Miami. I told them this and they told me no problem we'll have it done for you in a week. I dropped it off Monday morning and needed it to be done by the fallowing Monday. On Friday I received a call from Juan Jr and he said your car is ready; you can come pick it up. At 4:30 I arrived and it was finished. Perfectly finished by the way. It looked brand new!! I am just so impressed by the way Charlies Paint and Body Shop does business, I wish everyone was like they are.

I was involved in a serious accident in my bran new 2011 VW CC. The damage to my VW was estimated at over $13000.00. I was happy that no one was hurt in the accident, but my car sure was. I work hard for my car, and I wanted to BE SURE to have it repaired at the best shop in Miami. I spoke to many friends and colleagues. Based on those discussions I decided to give Charlies Paint and Body Shop a call. I live in North Miami Beach and knew it was going to be inconvenient. But I figured it would be worth it to have my car repaired correctly and by professionals. The phone was answered by a very considerate lady. She put me through to a Juan Concepcion Jr. that really knows his business. I spent about 15 minutes with him and learned that Charlies Paint and Body Shop has been a family owned business for over 28 years, along with a great staff. This information along with the answers to my other questions gave me the peace of mind I was looking for, so I chose Charlies Paint and body Shop in Miami. The car was towed in, repaired within the time it was promised and I can?t even tell where the damage was. In fact, even my VW service department was amazed at the repairs. The car truly is as good as new! They get my highest rating!

I had been looking online and in person for what I feel would be the best shop in Miami. After doing my research online. I chose Charlies Paint and Body Shop for two reasons. One their place looks amazing and clean. Second the guys and staff also took their time to answer all my questions. Two things I could not find in other shops. They even took the time to show me another car that was recently painted by them. And that was it for me, found my new shop thanks to Google. Needless to say two weeks latter may Mustang came out looking better than new. Seriously it did, the color is deep, rich and the metallic shines brighter than ever. All that plus lifetime warranty. Need not look further, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Guys and keep up the good work.
