Custom Hair

I am 22 yrs old.I was anxious to visit Custom hair as I suffer for Alopecia, and I was glad that they were in my area and I might be able to access help in person rather than having to order from the internet, and was hoping to get some more information about full lace wigs from them. When I walked in the woman who helped me assumed (by my age I guess) that I couldn't afford the lace wigs they sell, and mentioned that their lace wigs "were nothing to play with", was not at all interested in what I was looking for, and did not offer me any other options that they offer that might help me. Over all, I was very disappointed and left feeling a little offended. What a shame. I do not recommend this place.

I have been a satisfied customer for the last 10 years. Everyone has been patient and understanding of the emotional loss of hair for a woman. I finally saved the money up for the system and it was ordered incorrectly. Not even blaming Custom Hair...may have been the manufacture. These things happen sometimes. Disappointed at having to wait....yes...but more disappointed that I can't get anyone to return my call. I have left 4 messages. I am a professional who knows that a long term relationship is important...I think I warrant a return call. I simply needed to correct something that was read to me in my order....now I fear that the second order will be incorrect as well. Up to this incodent...I would have give a 5 star rating....and all though I still want to do business with Custom Hair...I hope someone will reach out to ammend our business relationship. Thank you.
