My family including grandkids, have gone to this office since they went into business over 10 years ago. I cannot imagine anyone being rude out of this office. The services provided, top to bottom, are professional and friendly. The only people to answer these recommendation sites always tend to be the ones that are unhappy. These are christian people doing their best, sometimes the doctor is sick and cannot come in or worse one of his children is sick. What would you do? I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care. Please do not take the vile comments to heart, they are dead wrong.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!!
If you want to be treated like a number or cattle you could be one or forty plus seen each day. I do not recommended going to this office ever.

Had a situation the other day. The office called up on Thursday (July 1) to inform me that the offfce was going to be closed on July 5. Even though I booked this appointment months ahead. When I informed them of this they informed me that the next opening that I could make was in Oct. I told them that this was unacceptable. I asked to talk to the office manager and she got on the phone and said"yes". I explain this to her. She said they were down two hygienists. One moved away and the other retired. She then put me on hold and came back and said the hygienst would stay late for me. I tried to let this office manager know that some of my other appointments have been cancel by the office in the past and they have always worked with me in a time that works for for. THe office manager then said that because I'm Dental Care and I'm unhappy that maybe I should go to another Dentist that doesnt cancel their appointment. She mentioned this to me twice within 2 minutes. She said instead of me complaining I should be grateful that the hygienst is willing to stay late for me. I went to the office after work and wanted to talk to Dr. Mcleod but he was busy. I left my cell phone number for him to call me. The person behind the desk said the Dr. sent me a letter. Guess what the letter said: He said Cooperation is a key element to successful treatrment, and its you cooperation that seems to have eluded us and we urge you to seek care with another practice. Some way in treating someone who has been going to you for 5 years. You would think that he would want to hear my side. At no time was I rude to the other person just expressing my concern about canceling my appointment again. Maybe its because of my ins and this just gave he a reason to get ride of a Dental Care person

My family has had dental care there for a couple years prior to our insurance changing. They were always friendly and provided good dental care. I did have one cavity, my first ever after I was pregnant. They were gentle with me, wasn't too bad for not experiencing a filling before. I would recommend them.

My kids have gone here for the last 1 1/2 years. I have no problem getting them to go to the dentist now. My daughter had her first filling last year, no novacaine and no pain. The office can get very busy at times. There is a nice fish tank in the waiting area. Appointments can be hard to get.

PROS: No hassels with the kids
CONS: Sometimes having a long wait for an appointment
