John's pass is quaint and touristy with many unqiue stores. Some are pricy, some are not. Also you can book a tour or a cruise at the marina where you can also spend time watching some of the MANY pelican's chilling out on posts and boats. I mean if you are looking for a relaxed ambience and med-high prices depending on store, then John's pass a fun place to spend a few hours.

EVERYTHING OFFERED WAS PRE MADE SITTING WAITING FOR THE NEXT HUNGERY PIGEON IN LINE. MOST OF THE STANDS WHERE CLOSED BY 5:00 WITH NOTHING ELSE TO OFFER. TOURIST TRAP AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

The atmosphere at John's Pass Village is energizing. It runs the full gamut from quaint, economical family dining, a variety of shops, to a relaxed "kicked back" attitude at Gator's offering a florida feel to dining and beverages. With a hint of a New England fishing village at first glance, you eventually realize that THIS is the real deal in Florida. With density ever increasing in South Beach, it is a given that John's Pass Village should be enjoyed before the masses migrate. 5 star!

A quaint little seaside shopping and dining villiage. Great beaches right across the street, and a good bar over the bridge at Gators.
