My husband and I enjoy dining at the Atlanta Bread Company and our experiences have always been positive. However at one Atlanta Bread Company in Tampa, we became quite dissatisfied with the lack of customer service we received and apathetic attitudes of the patrons working there. After standing in line to wait for my order, I was extremely upset when I waited quite awhile for the patrons to finish their personal conversation with one other, and finally look up at me to place my order. When we received our order and my husband requested extra balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, much to his dismay, he discovered traces of finely ground nuts (he is highly allergic) in them after experiencing some swelling in his throat. Upon asking the patrons on the ingredients, they stated that there were in fact traces of nuts in the dressing. Obviously the bottle should have listed the ingredients of the dressing. We finally exited the restaurant quite disappointed with our recent dining experience. We hope to visit Atlanta Bread Company again, but will not visit this particular location any time soon.

The Panini sandwiches are really good. This is a good atmosphere when you want to relax, read the newspaper, enjoy a nice hot pressed sandwich along with a hot bowl of soup (in an edible bowl). A nice alternative to eating at the food court in the mall across the street. The breads selections are wonderful. They have a small selection of pastries and have always beed sold out by the time that I get there. Perhaps I need to get there "before" the rush.

The coffee has been consistently weak, stale, and the canisters are always empty suring the time that I've gone, each time there was not a big effort to refill the coffee pots.

I feel that to compete with the other major bread companies around town .... you have ti keep the coffee opt brewing!

PROS: sandwiches and bread selection
CONS: needs improvement on coffee
