Did you know that, on a monthy basis, about 50% of the animals taken to this "shelter" are killed, including healthy animals? They are refusing to make changes to their rules, which would allow more animals to survive. Did you know

I have adopted many animals over the years and so has my daughter. I must say the people that take care of them really do care. They may have every cage full and yet they still know the animals by name. I have seen cats that were ill and I would tell the attendent and the cat was soon taken care of, these people can not be everywhere. The animals I have adopted just happen to all be cats and they are the most loving cats in the world. I have also had to turn in a few small animals found outside and they were wonderful about taking them. I am so thankful we have the Spca in Pinellas county!
