We love this place. The school is SO CUTE inside. Also a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Everyone from the Director on down has been super nice. We're so happy to be part of the Kidworks Family! The school came highly recommended by several coworkers and now we recommend it too.

Hey guys, the school was nice before, but the new infant room and circle time room are really beautiful! It's nice to see a center that's willing to continuously reinvest to make things nice for the kids. LOVE YA KIDWORKS!

Holy cow...where do I start? I'm not going to go all crazy and tell you that this is the best preschool in Gainesville, but it's definitely the best for our family. It came highly recommended by both my husband's and my co-workers. The other centers in the NW area that we toured either had the kids warehoused in giant rooms all day, or packed in tiny rooms all day. KidWorks has the classes rotate thru centers throughout the school. The building is nice enough on the outside, but the interior is really, really nicely done, with tons of natural light and unusual finishes. It's not set up like a typical "daycare" at all and that's obvious the minute you walk in. The staff has been very stable, and they always seem upbeat and happy. Overall we've been very happy.

We started at the school while it was run by the prior director. She was nice, but we love the director and assistant director who replaced her.. After the old director left, the owners (local) put a lot of time and dollars into renovations and improvements. The staff was a little unsure of the changes at first, which was understandable, but most of the really good ones stayed on. It seemed like the prior director spent most of her time holed up in her office. But Ashley and Amy are always out among the kids, and working with the staff, and they bent over backwards to introduce themselves and make us feel welcome. We recommend KidWorks whole heartedly.

I had my son at KidWorks for over a year and could not have been happier. The entire staff took care of my child like he was there own. Recently, the director that I loved so much has left and been replaced. The new director has been at the school now for a month and has yet to introduce herself to me. The school used to be a wonderful place to be. I enjoyed spending time talking to the staff in the mornings and afternoons during drop-off and pick-up times. Now I run in and run out. The staff is obviously unhappy and it shows with how they interect with each other. I am currently looking for new care for my son. The reviews that you may read about KidWorks Preschool were done BEFORE these changes. I used to shout from the roof tops how wonderful this school was, but now I would not recommend it to anyone.

The thing that sold us on KidWorks were the live webcams. I can't understand why more preschools don't have these. When you think about it, if a preschool is confident enough in their program and their staff to allow parents to watch online as much as they want, what else is there to say?

We'd be lost if we hadn't found KidWorks. There are other centers in the area, some nicer than others, but KidWorks is in its own league. #1) It doesn't smell like pee. #2) The kids are always happy and doing something. #3) They provide an actual, professionally prepared curriculum instead of blowing a bunch of smoke about how the staff makes up its own curriculum...we've seen the difference. #4) Very nice teachers and an involved Director with her own kids at the school. #5) Locally owned by real parents. #6) Everything is included in the tuition rate. Thanks KidWorks! We love you guys.

We're new in Gainesville and we toured several centers. None were as nice as KidWorks. The school is clean, fresh and bright. The atmosphere is very calm and the kids all were very happy and energetic. Heather (Director) spent a lot of time with us and had no problem answering all of our questions. The school is very curriculum-focused. They're a little pricey and they don't do VPK, but it's a first class school. We also love the free internet webcams...a big plus for family members back home.

We have nothing but good things to say about KidWorks. Having been at another center previously, I can tell you that the quality of a program is evident by the affect it has on your child. Our three year old daughter seemed okay at the other center, but her personality exploded at KidWorks. Every night we hear all about the day's activities, things she did with her friends, and how much she adores her teachers. It's a wonderful change. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to arriving at pick-up time only to be asked if she can please stay longer and can I come back later!

The school did just have a Director change, I understand it's the first in its history. Heather, the new Director is awesome and if anything the program and facility have only gotten better.

We were about at our wits end with our three year old. At his prior preschool, he was always in trouble and we started to really worry about his ability to control his behavior. KidWorks was responsible for a remarkable turn around. They were patient and really had a plan for helping him, rather than just labeling him a problem and sending home notes like his other center. We loved the fact that the school had local ownership vs the franchised centers.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the school (and we have!)

Not sure what the story is with the two negative posts here, but we never experienced any of the things they mentioned. The school was always clean and bright and decorated. There is a lot of screaming going on if you count the kids playing and having fun

KidWorks has a well known and well deserved reputation as a great preschool. My only complaint was how long it took before they offered me a spot, which we immediately grabbed! We love the small, personalized setting, the cheery upbeat atmosphere and of course the teachers are wonderful. (The webcams are a nice plus, too. The only school in town that has them).

My daughter can't wait to go to school every day. On the weekends we have to make up reasons why she can't go see her friends at KidWorks.

I never sent my children here, but on a tour I noticed teachers yelling at the students. The toys and rooms seemed a bit dirty too. I wouldn't leave my children alone here.
