Winn-Dixie

The store may not be that pretty but I can assure you the associates care about customer service in that store. We can all have a bad experience anywhere but I know a couple of the employees there and they truly care about good customer service. Isnt that what makes the difference? Besides Publix is way overpriced, like you should pay more because you're shopping there. PLEASE!!!

The only reason I would shop here is if there were some really fantastic deals, which they have regularly, but even this is not enough to get me in. The company has tried to renovate, but I still think it is hopeless. It is somewhat depressing to shop there when you have a Super Publix across the street. The vegetables and fruits look mediocre and the inventory leaves much to be desired.

The redeeming factor is the associates. May of them try their best to help you find items. The displays are not appealing and that darn self-checkout never works. So many people have a problem with it that you have to wait for a bit before anyone can get to you when the machine screws up. Think I'll just go to Publix!
