Wanted to take moment and write a review regarding Primrose. We have two kids that have attended this Land O Lakes location since they were 3 1/2. We have had nothing but a positive experience with all the staff and management. Ms.

I came on here to write an A+ review for a wonderful school when I read the most recent one, and I must say, I am both exceedingly confused and frankly a bit upset. The review below is completely inaccurate and I don't really know where they got their information. I for one have only had good dealings with Primrose (Owner, Director, and teachers included) for three and a half years and I feel like part of the family! Every time I have entered their doors and looked in their classrooms, the children were focused, very happy, and either on or above level. Incidents are incidents. Kids play and sometimes one of them scrapes a knee in the process. I've never seen any breach of protocol by any of the teachers and I'm quite offended by the review below. Ignore them. This is a wonderful school and the families are normally quite pleased with the care their children receive. (Plus I spotted quite a few inconsistencies along with some grammar and spelling mistakes in that "report".) Have a nice day. :)

The Director Pamela Parker not only does not have the professionalism or experience, she is rude and does not resolve one issue as the so called Director. We are questioning her actual Directors Credentialwe have been told she is using the schools credential and does not hold one herself. Its not displayed in her office to show she even holds this credential. Her glorified bio on the primrose site does not make any sense at all. I know she has worked at a church daycare which her family member owns with about 70 children at most. She gave up on our son the minute he stepped foot in the school. We have MADE multiple attempts to resolve all these issues. We were so tired of the lack of professionalism and her defensiveness every time we had a problem. My son was compromised, treated unfairly and totally ignored on most days. He has not had the same teacher weekly in the last month. They dont care that every one of those children is not growing or achieving one bit or meeting there marks.
We have removed our son immediately from this school and have since moved him to a new school with the proper credentials and experience for him. The kids in my sons class are so behind where Primrose should be at this age. If you speak to Parker, she will talk in circles and most of all get defensive everytime! We have tried to resolve this multiple times. Parker did not like my family or my son at all because we saw right thru her BS! My son developed horrible behavior from the change of teachers and no structure in class at all while we were there. According to the teachers, they are underpaid that is why there is so much turnover in the school weekly. My husband and I even spoke to the owner Steve after no resolution, and he told us "It is just not the same school when your daughter attended here!" Yes, very true Steve!" The turnover of teachers at this location is pathetic and should be deemed unacceptable. We had the final straw when we were being ignored by the director. Every time I walked in or out of the school, she would look the other way. She never wanted any interaction with us as we saw right through her. Your school is a reflection of the Director and sets the tone for success! Beyond disappointed! We have documented, taken photos of the lack of all incident reports for all my sons unknown scratches and getting hurt by others. They never write the incident report when it was a scratch by a teacher or floater they would lie and blame my son and give me one for an incident that did not really happen the way it did. He has told us who had hurt him every time as he fully communicates to us what is happening in his class. This just makes us sick! My son was bored so they moved him up after fighting with Parker again and getting unprofessional attitude from her as always. They told us when he was moving up that there are two children biting and hitting in the current class and there are major behavior issues in that class as a warning to us. Biting at 3?? We have checked the reports through the county as well. they have not had but one report that didnt need to be re-inspected for horrible violations in the last 10 years. My husband and I will make sure this doesn't happen to any other parent or child again. The owner supports Parker and what she is doing. He has fired past management and teachers for trying to tell him the truth about Parker. Parker has become defensive and has given Steve an ultimatum and he has fired them and kept her. Makes you wonder what's really going on. We are extremely disappointed. Please email me if you would like to speak to my husband and I. we have all documented records!

The director and staff have been the kindest, most caring, honest, and loving individuals we have ever met. The entire staff treated our son with open arms and a refreshing honesty. You have no idea how much this means to our family.
Our son has Down Syndrome and looks at life as a wonderful surprise every day. Whenever the time comes to have our child enrolled in a new school, there is a great deal of trepidation. How will he be treated? How will he be accepted? How will both our son and his new classmates interact?
The acceptances, warmth, love, and care from the Primrose staff has made us feel so blessed. Thank you. We cannot say it enough. Thank you. You have already made a difference in someone else's life. That is amazing. You will always have our deepest gratitude.
All of the staff and families here at Primrose should be honored and proud that you treat everyone with an open heart and open mind. We cannot be more honored to have been a part of this family!

We are extremely happy that we chose Primrose at Colllier Parkway for our daughter's VPK program. First and foremost, she was in a safe environment. But she was also given the groundwork for a successful education. I will forever be

We really must say, Primrose did an amazing job getting our son ready for Kindergarten. Our son took his entrance exam for Kindergarten and passed with flying colors. We were told his scores were very high. We thank Primrose for

My child attended this school for a few years and I must say that I hate to rate this school so poorly, because the teachers were great but the management is HORRIBLE. Ms. Parker is the most unprofessional, unorganized director I have ever encountered in my LIFE!! The only time she is on time with anything is when it comes to the parents owing money. Everything else is secondary and so last minute. She's also very pushy and will talk ur ear off and tell all ur business to other parents and address issues that should be done in private, right at the front desk area. She will LIE to you and those are not the morals and values that I want influenced in my child's care. The turnaround is also very bad with asst directors and teachers. That says a lot about the management as well. This is a school that is run strictly as a business NOT as a center that cares about what's best for your child. ALL about the $$$$. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone...Run the other way and find other care!!

My son just graduated from Primrose after attending for the past 4 years. The school has an excellent reputation for educating young children. My son was safe, loved and educated. What more could I ask for. Any small problems we had were taken care on immediately and followed up on. Graduation ceremony was the best. Thank you Primrose for all you have done for our son. We will miss you all.

Our children are in a safe loving environment at this school. We have been coming here for several years with out a problem. The management treats us as family. The class size is small and the teachers are degreed and caring. The 4k program uses kindergarten books and our older one can count, read and write. Thank you Primrose.

I think their turn over rates of their staff is too high. The school is very neat but i think the staff is not trained well enough to deal with difficult kids. My son has been going there for about two years and once he switched classes he hates going there just because the teachers do not know how to deal with him. You bring the management attention to it and nothing is done about it. I think they still have some organization to do both at the management level and the staff level.
