In ShortFirst opened in 1963 in Lowell, Mass., under the name Consumer Value Stores, this drugstore chain is among the largest in the country. This CVS is probably the same as most drug stores, they carry all the same lines and fill prescriptions. But I found the staff to be very friendly when I was last in there. They accept all the coupons and make sure if you don't have one and they do, they will share it with you. I appreciated that.

bad costumer service

about a month ago i went to a cvs Pharmacy to fill a prescription.i was told to leave it and it would take about an hour to fill.ok i said thats fine i'll be back in an hour.when i called back in an hour i was verry rudly told that they had to call my doctor first i said ok i call back.so i called back and was once again verry rudly told that my doctor was on lunch by now i was getting realy mad but said nothing.finaly an hour or so i was told it was ready.when i went to pick it up i drove through the drive though there once again they where rude,i paid for my prescription and was ready to leave when i noticed that the clerk had left the drive in draw open and was gone from the window so i closed it myself and drove of.at home i went on the internet to write the company's headqurters they got back in tough with me a couple of days later said they where sorry and that was it. well as you might guess i will take my buisiness somewhere else.
