I have always found great deals here - from sets of dishes and Corning Ware for my daughters to Christmas decorations... all while knowing the proceeds are going to help others. I don't know why anyone would post negative about the volunteer help - I've never experienced anything but pleasantry - then again - what goes around, comes around! I will continue to donate to this worthy cause... and once again, THANK YOU to the volunteers who work there and put up with the public because they WANT to work there!

I like a few of the items, but WAY OVERPRICED on furniture and craft material and yarns...You can buy it new for a couple more dollars. THEY have the same bolt of 4 yards of material for 50 dollars.....AND I KNOW MATERIAL...and it is so not worth it. I saw some furniture in there today that was there last year....WAY to much money. You really have to dig for a bargain, but the check out ladies were very nice!

Dont Bother!!! I hate this store!!! lets talk about overpriced. by the time you purchase fabric or stain to fix up the item you might as well have shopped at a gallery. not to mention how stuck in the sixties everything is (and not in a good way). everything has a sign that says 50% off except for marked NO DiSCOUNT- well everything is marked no disc.!! so nothing is ever marked down. then we get to the cashing out part. there is a $10. min to use your debit. well who in there right mind would carry cash around that ghetto area in the first place. not to mention if your average ticket item (other than furniture) is under $10 than how do you expect us to purchase it? not to mention the crabby people that when you ask for a price on something they tell you they cant sell it. they made me feel like i ripped the tag off of it or something! ive tried to go in there twice coming empty handed both times. way to market ur store guys!

I love/hate this store! Theres a back room that has tons of furniture thats fair value and lots of clothes for like 35cents a piece the other day i was there i got 3 baby things(register is kinda a far walk to where i got the clothes) she said ina nippy way that they were 4 for 1.00 and i was getting charged that wether i got the 4th peice or not.. which i was more than okay with but didnt need it said to me in a nippy way!(which there was no sign anywhere that said that) but besides that the one room is full of great deals now the other section is just crazy like $5.00 for a pair of short of 10.00 for a dress man those are goodwill prices! way too high! and they have this "antique" furniture that have prices on them like you were buying them at peir one or something i dont know how prices that stuff but geesh! thats why non of it moves off the floor! but i love to go to see that one section.. I just wish they'd lower some of they're prices

This is a nice big thrift store. They have lots of items to choose from prices are good. Staff is realy nice and friendly. The store is clean and well kept up. The only thing thats not that great is they have lots of clothes that are high for being used. There are a few that are marked down for 50 cents some are nice some need to be trashed.

The Hope Chest is one of the better thrift stores in North Fort Myers, probably the best. House in what used to be a Publix Supermarket, this place is a warehouse of treasures!

The best finds here are books, furniture and arts and crafts odds and ends. The clothes are not so great and high priced for being a thrift store, but if you check the bargain area, you can find some really cool vintage peices for about 50 cents.
