I have used this bank even when it was Barnett Bank and other banks.It seemed to hire staff that was not the best and not completely friendly.I have had money questions and did not receive proper response from the employees which seemed only to be concerned with money and their owns interests.The staff seemed to have some vague knowledge of basic math.The change of name (or sale of Barnett) seems to be an improvement but the overall legalistic environment is ever present.
PROS: Nice location and equipment
CONS: staff needs training
