Summer Bay Resort Call Ctr

The front office was well staffed, and well run. The check in was fast for this part. However the rest of the check in experience was not as good. We waited in line only to be told we could not check in because our condo wasn't ready. We had to wait several hours!
No fun with kids who had ridden several hours. Condo was very nice but a little pricey for us.
