This is by far the WORST vet that I have ever encountered. Not only were they rushed and insensitive with my puppy, but Dr. Bailey and his staff were rude and incompetent toward me. Interactions included them losing my pet's records on two different occasions, telling me multiple times that I had never been to their office, grossly overcharging me, and Dr. Bailey himself yelling at me on the phone. I would literally recommend ANY vet over this one. They treat the customers and animals with utter disrespect

I've been to lots of veterinary clinics in the Tampa Bay area due to moving alot. This is absolutely the best. The clinic was very clean and beautiful, the staff was very professional and took their responsibilities seriously. I have three large dogs and they were handled really well. The Dr. did not have the best bedside manners, but he sure knows his stuff. Think Dr. House on the TV series - Forward, To the point, Great Doctor, saves patients. He has resurrected one of my dogs from liver failure, and the other from long term skin issues. They explain everything in detail to you at the time of your visit. Their prices are very comparable and competitive. If you are looking for a great veterinary team AND Doctor included, I highly recommend Walden Lake Animal Clinic. They work for your pet. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

My husband went to this vets office for an emergency visit with our 4 1/2 month old puppy, and I can say that they took them in right away during the visit my husband called me and stated that the Dr said our baby had parvo, I left work right away when i got there the Dr came in and I asked him to explain to me what was going on at this time i seen why they were able to get us in right away(they didn??t have any other person that would be stupid to go there) because the Dr was so rude I tried asking a question and he stated that if I kept interrupting that it would take him longer to explain basically telling me to shut up and listen!! still as a concerned owner i asked if there were test that they could test her to see if it was indeed parvo, he then came in the room and said that the test was neg. but that she was really sick and she needed to stay me and my husband both had to go back to work so i asked if we could leave her in their care the tech was very nice and compassionate she stated yes, 30 min. after leaving I received a call stating that she died.... i later went home to check on my other dog and he almost had the same symptoms as our other puppy but he is older he wasn??t weak wasn??t vomiting nor blood in the feces when I called the tech over the phone stated to go ahead and take him in when we got there the Dr was more worried about what we were going to do with the puppy??s body being that we had just lost one puppy and we had the other sick dog there we weren??t worried about that we were worried about getting our dog help he still didn??t care about our feelings, he kept telling the girls to ask what we were going to do that we had to decide, the girls tried getting his weight but he was scared so they didn??t. he yelled at the poor girl they closed the door so I couldn??t see what was going on behind the closed door all I know is that I heard a loud bang and they had to muzzle him he is a big baby and is not aggressive at all in the Drs report he put that he was aggressive he diagnosed him with parvo and stated that he might die as well and that we should leave him there after the other puppy dying I didn??t feel comfortable leaving him. took him back on Monday my poor baby didn??t want nothing to do with him being that we had spent over $500 on Friday we asked if we could purchase the meds at a later time because he still had some to get him by till I got paid and the Dr told the tech it was everything or nothing at all for the treatment so that??s when I decided to go elsewhere at the other vets they were great and they stated that they thought he might have been abused because he was very jumpy and nervous they had to move slow around him but once he got used to them and knew that they weren??t going to hurt him they stated that he was great!!!!!!!!!!

Our cat was severely scratched across her right eyeball. The Doc and staff were very nice and patient. They answered all our questions. Thanks to their instructions and medication we were able to save our cat??s eye. I was very impressed with the facility and their professionalism. I have no problem recommending them.

The entire place reeks of feces and the doctor is a joke. The only thing hiding the smell is the fact that it's under construction. I went there for less than a year with one of my dogs because I thought maybe it was just a bad day there or something but they were consistently dirty (attitude and clinic wise) Dr.Bailey was very rough on my dog- she's old, blind, and wouldn't hurt a fly- and didn't explain anything he was doing and when I asked him questions I was answered very condescendingly. I have a friend that took her cat there to be spayed and it ended up dying instead, later she found out other clinics suggest that you do bloodwork and an exam before surgery but that was never even offered. This place is a beautifully disquised torture house for anyone going in. I'd recommend taking your animal to a slaughter house first- it's be less traumatic.
