No matter what any of our party ever orders at Dixie Crossroads, it always puts a smile on the face of that person - even if they got teased for ordering the prime rib instead of the always perfect rock shrimp!

Staff are always friendly,

We were visiting a friend in Titusville and she took us to lunch here. The best sweet potato ever served with a cinnamon spread. The hush puppies were excellent, moist, not greasy and addictive. The shrimp broiled were excellent and the coconut shrimp were delightful.

They are the best... Fresh, delicious, entertaining atmosphere. This is a great place for large parties, especially.

They even have Dixie Crossroad printed napkins.

Horray for the Shrimp characters...

My husband promised to take me here for years before we finally went. I have to say, it was all he said it would be. The seafood was very fresh and delicious. I especially liked the hush puppies - yum!

Dixie Crossroads have some pretty good seafood. I had fried shrimp, and my wife had hers steamed. The boat run shrimp were the best, although Dixie Crossroads is known for their rock shrimp. The corn fritters were good too, not too greasy and sweet with the powdered sugar. I can understand why people drive here from Orlando. It was the best seafood I've had in Florida, and as good as the seafood houses in Charleston and Savannah.

I would get there before 6pm. We got there about 5:40 with no wait, and when we left they were almost out the door with the waiting folks.

This is my favorite place to go eat on special occasions The food is out of this world. You get a very generous portion, and will probably need a doggie bag. They have fish to feed while you wait to be seated, as well as an outside cabana where there is sometimes live music. The prices are high but you get a lot of food for the price. My husband is allergic to shellfish but they also have steaks for the landlovers, so it all works out.

PROS: 2 locations one in Titusville one in Melbourne
CONS:

No question FLORIDA'S #1 seafood restaurant. I travel miles out of my way to get to Dixie Crossroads. I recommend Dixie Crossroads to everyone that asks me about great restaurants. They usually say it's over 30 + miles away i tell them it's worth it and they should come back to thank me. My parents fly down from New York the first thing they want to do is get to Dixie Crossroads. One word says it OUTSTANDING!

Melt in your mouth seafood (rock shrimp) and a wonderful steak. Meal came with soup (choice), all the corn fritters you could eat, salad and a choice of potato. Go there really hungry. Walk along their nature trail and enjoy a beverage in their pagoda with live music while you wait. An all-around great evening.

This Restaurant is unique. Their ROCK SHRIMP is wonderful! It tastes JUST like little LOBSTERS! And their Corn Fritters are served piping hot at the beginning of each meal. They actually have corn kernels in them! and are dusted with

Editorial from

Once you've dined here, you'll be hooked on the sweet rock shrimp, the house specialty---they serve about 1,000 pounds of the critters every day. The casual restaurant seats 400, with servers hurrying back and forth from the kitchen…
