We have vacationed in St. Augustine for 17 years and visit fiesta falls every time. It is a great place for kids and has become a family tradition while on vacation. The course is fun, some years not in the best shape but all things considered we always have a great time.

Awesome miniature golf course with many giant waterfalls, Spanish ship is one hole and a waterwheel. Lots of feature that make it fun but not so hard for all to enjoy. The ocean views are fantastic with their location on the beach. We had a chocolate dipped cone and it was delicious. Well maintained and lots of beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff. We stayed at the Inn next to it called La Fiesta Inn which is very nice.

The below complaint(8/18/09) was over $1.00. I was a customer standing there listening and this family below who complained AFTER they played a fun game golf (which takes 45 to hour to play) was VERY nasty to the lady at the counter . I felt sorry for her the way they treated her (called her really bad names ). This mother should have been there in order to complain like this . She should have called to speak the manager (next day ) in which every place has a Manager instead of being a complainer on the Internet.

I wouldn't even give them one star if that were an option!

Apparently, Fiesta Falls' employees are known for their poor customer service. My kids just came home after playing there and the employee was very rude to them. According to her, they don't have a manager, or a phone and do not know how to refund an overcharge ON THEIR PART! My son was told, when asking for a refund on the overcharge, "I don't owe you nothin" (yes, I intentionally spelled it wrong to accurately quote the lady) and then proceeded to say that they didn't have a manager or a phone or anything else. This was my 19-year-old son, his girlfriend and my 12-year-old daughter. After all the time I've spent trying to teach my kids that being rude is NEVER acceptable, regardless of the circumstances, the silver lining is that now they've seen the proof!

This was easily the worst mini-golf course I have ever been to. The prices were fairly competitive, and the course was acceptable, but the service was so sub-par that I called the Better Business Bureau. My party paid for a full round of mini-golf, an hour before closing time. We golfed for about 45 minutes, at which time the man running the course turned off the lights. We called out to him, to let him know that there were still customers present, and he yelled at us, quite rudely. My mother, who is not young, tripped over an obstacle in the dark, and limped out, having bruised her hip. The man was not the least bit apologetic. We went back the next morning, and spoke to the owner. She neither apologized nor compensated us for our spoiled game. She said that her employee was old, and that we had to understand that he was "just like that." This was, needless to say, unacceptable. Over the years, our family has visited the hotel that this golf course is associated with many times, and you'd better believe we never will again.
