I asked about the free week trial and went every day. It is not your ordinary gym. The classes they provide are boxing type classes. These workouts provide you with a great cardio workout as well as the boxing on the bag with the gloves. I find that it makes the workout more interesting and you don't lose interest. They we finish up with abs and pushups. You get a full body workout and it's fun. I would reccomend to anyone who is tired of the same old workout routine or if you just want to change it up a little to go in and try out Punch Fitness.
PROS: Full work out room, showers, boxing rings, speed bags and kicking bags.
CONS: No child care
