Lads & Lassies

I have shopped at Lads & Lassies for year and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of items. I will continue shopping there for myself and my children. I love the entire experience!

I live in Pensacola FL.
Ive shopped at Lad & Lassies since the day they opened; my daughters heard about it at school so of course we had to go; they found many name brand articles; 9 or so years latter L&L was our first stop for baby items; I kept the children while they worked so I had to have my own; Grandmas baby gear, buying it second hand was the best and cheapest way to go for me.
Im on their mailing list and would tell anyone looking for nice second hand baby items; go by L&L you may find it there.

I found the store to be clean and organized. The owner (for 25 yrs) was friendly and I was able to consign and find some cute, quality kid clothes! Definitely recommend!

I took some of my used baby items to this store for resale -- some larger items like a double stroller, an exersaucer, a walker, etc. They accepted my items but did not give me an itemized list of what they were taking. I'm glad I'm made a list for my own reference. I went back a few weeks later to see if anything had sold. I was told that nothing had sold yet. I looked around the store, but didn't see ANY of my items. A week later I went back and asked again. I was told the same thing, nothing had sold yet. Since I was nearing the end of the alloted 60 days (after that they KEEP your items and you get nothing), I asked if I would find my things if I looked around the store. The sales clerk asked me a few questions about my stuff, disappeared for about 5 minutes, and then came back and handed me $64. She then said EVERYTHING had sold. I was not given an explanation of how they arrived at the random amount of $64, or why I was first told that nothing had sold. They seem to be dishonest to me. At best they are disorganized. I will not go back.

Lads and Lassies is a huge children's consignment shop with a few adult items included as well. They carry both clothing and shoes and are a great spot to check for dance, sports and scouting equipment and clothing.
