I am an older patient with an unreasonable fear of dentists. All the staff treated me with patience and respect.

Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all of my questions and hear my concerns. my daughter and I were treated like people, and not like insurance claims.

The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant and the staff are wonderful.\r

I found it very annoying that I had to go back three times just to get my teeth cleaned. 1st visit I saw the dentist, 2nd visit I saw the dental hygenist,who looked at my teeth to tell me to come back for a scheduled cleaning.and finally 3rd ,had a cleaning. I would say maybe they get more insurance money this way. A working person doesn't have time for all these appointments.

I have to say the male nurse, not sure of his name is a sweetheart. He treats people with extreme respect and makes you feel comforatable. He has a warm caring heart. Really he is the only reason I will continue going back there.
Now for the negative feedback.. they were real busy, its an open area, so everyone sees you with your mouth wide open and drooling, and it doesn't feel very clean.
I may have just been in there on a bad day , but it seemed like everyone was having problems with the desk workers that day.

After x-rays, we were taken to a back cubicle area. I really don't mind cubicles - I actually feel safer with it being open because you hear so many horror stories of doctors & dentists taking advantage of patients. Anyway, I could hear the dentist talking with an older woman as he worked on her teeth & he was just really sweet to her. You could tell that he really enjoyed what he did. We signed in and waited for our turn. when it was 20 minutes past the hour I went to the desk and asked for an appro. time we still had to wait. The lady was rude to say the least. After waiting 20 more minutes 40 minutes late for our appointment we decided to leave and find another dentist.

I prefer good-old dentist's offices with a real waiting room, to the business-like atmosphere of cubicles and noise.
