If you are a stickler for authenticity, this may not be the place for you. They tend toward the "hollywood". If you're specific about what you expect and stand firmly by it, you may be OK. They like to impress their own ideas onto the customer of how something should look, and they have very "costumey" interpretations of period wear.

I usually try to dress my kid in different costumes each halloween. So a coworker had suggested I go to ABC on 24th street when I was tired of making costumes and wanted to buy one. I was able to get a cute little child's costume for him and everyone at the neighborhood halloween party thought he looked so cute. I would recommend them.
