Sears has been a dependable company for a lot of years and I haven't had that many bad experiences there so I continue to shop there when needed. This particular Sears is right around the corner from where I work so it is one that I frequent most often. As with most of the Sears stores, this one is an anchor store at a mall. Albeit this mall is a very small one and does not take more than 1/2 hour to go through the whole thing.

Thus, this particular Sears is also a very small store. They do have all the same departments but carry less merchandise in the store. Recently, I wanted to purchase a Weider workout system that was advertised on sale and had to order the product through the store because they did not actually carry it in store. This is not the ideal way to purchase workout equipment because most would like to try it out first. I happened to have tried it out in the larger Ocoee store previously so knew it was what I wanted.

The ordering process was quick and they gave me an estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, the equipment came in two days later than the date they gave me. I wasn't very happy with this. I did receive an automated telephone call when my product arrived so I didn't have to keep calling the store. Pickup was very easy and the employees were friendly.

There was also another instance where I was looking for a particular style shoe and this store did not carry them in the color I wanted. I had to purchase the other color they carried and (just so I could get the sale price) and drive 35 minutes to the next closest store to exchange them for the right color.

Overall, most of the employees are friendly and the selection of items is good. The selection of items in store is definitely not as great as the larger Sears stores but they are just to far for me. Also, since they have redesigned the checkout counters, beware that you might have to wait a little longer.

PROS: friendly employees, some good prices on certain items
CONS: small store, have to order some items not in store, checkout counters
