          .

I went here with my grandmother, and her dogs are like her children. They had a "Substitute" vet on call because the normal vet was out of the country for a month. This "substitute" tried to tell my grandmother that things were wrong with her dogs that werent. They racked up a bill well over $600. We took the test results to another vet who told us that there wasnt anything wrong with the dogs, except that they needed to lose a bit of weight.

          .

Unfortunately our experience wasn't as warm and fuzzy. We took our female German Shephard to Cleveland Heights and her demedectic mange went undiagnosed for over 1 year. They told us it was a staph infection and that it was ok to breed her. Well the very first puppy that had his health check came back to us with the diagnosis of mange from another vet. It only took that vet one visit to determine it and from only a small red bump on his nose. Our female had it all over her stomach.
The clinic refused to do anything for us. Even though we had spent hundreds of dollars in antibiotics to fight the "staph infection".
Yes the office is lovely, very clean and bright with lots of old antique furniture but obviosly none of the 4 seperate doctors are not worth their degrees if they can't diagnose a simple case of mange that is presenting for over a year.
Oh, and did I mention that our male German Shephard developed kennel cough after we boarded him in their kennel, and again they wnated to charge us for the antibiotics to treat it.

We have used this clinic for many years. They have helped us with many of our pets. The staff is caring and friendly. The care recieved there by our animals has been outstanding. They are very competitive price wise, especially regarding new kitterns and puppies and their shots. They are conveniently located in Lakeland. The building is clean and well cared for. I highly recommend this vets office to anyone with a pet.
