Since Cingular and AT&T merged there serviced has been terrible. Why can't the AT&T customers get the same services that Cingular customers get? For instance, why can't we see the number that called rather than just incoming calls.

Not very happy with att since cingular took it over. The customer service is not good. Att used to go out of their way to help out the customer. So even though you were with att you are now stuck with cingular.
