I inquired through the Brandon Honda website. I got a prompt response from Ed Seymour. He provided me with enough information to justify going in to meet him and test drive. I drove the 2013 Honda Civic SI and loved it! Ed answered all of my questions and was very professional. In the end, I bought the car! I am very pleased with the deal that I got and I love my new Civic! I would recommend Ed Seymour and Brandon Honda to anyone!

My wife brought her van in for service and was told that it would take one day to complete. We live in South Tampa and it is not close for us to travel back and forth. After the first day we called to check on the van (no one called us) and apparently the wrong part had been ordered. We were ok with that as mistakes happen. The second day we called (again, no one contacted us) and once again the wrong part had been ordered. We then had to drive out there to get a rental car. My wife was able to get the contact person at the Dodge dealership and have the right part ordered as once again they had already ordered the wrong part again based on the information that your technician gave them. It amazed me how a school teacher could explain which part was needed but a mechanic/technician could not do so three times. The third day we called as no one contacted us and we were told to come get the car as it was fixed. My wife got there and went to check on the car. Before she got into the building they were taking the rental car away. When my wife got into the car it was not fixed properly and the window would not roll down from the driver side. She was then told to wait as it wouldn't take long but she wasn??t told that you had to order yet another part and didn??t even have it to fix the van. She has now been waiting over two hours. She has to pick up my daughter from gymnastics and we have a Gasparilla Ball to get to tonight. She has no way of leaving as the rental car is gone and is stuck at you dealership. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will be leaving feedback about your dealership and service department on every website review that I can find. I will also let all those that I am acquainted with about your customer service or lack of.

We found our perfect car at Brandon Honda. Our friends told us to avoid it like the plague but we couldn't find the same car anywhere in Tampa so, I figured it couldn't be THAT bad. Was I wrong! We just happened to buy it the night before

I spent over 5 hours being passed from the saleman to the used car manager to the finance guy etc. who all said that they could get the numbers to work on a specific used CR-V after trading in a 2002 vehicle in good condition with low miles. Each time I was left waiting for at least 30min, and nothing ever changed on their part. They had an advertised price that they were not flexible to change at all. At first I was only offered 1/2 of the NADA trade-in value for my car and in the end they offered the "Fair Condition" value to lower the overall amount I owed. All involved acted as if they were doing me a favor selling me a Honda! Apparently the economy hasn't affected them! As the person below stated, "There is a right way and a wrong way" to go about making a sale. These guys all need training in People Skills. I left after meeting with the business manager who said that there was nothing further that they could do. I returned about 30 minutes later after deciding that I was tired of looking and would give them the extra that they were asking. When I returned, you would think that they would be happy to see me. Instead, I was told that my saleman had gone home for the day. I then told them that I would like to speak to the sales manager who had given me his card. After making me wait some more, he came over and told me that my saleman had left. I told him that I was aware, but that I would like to finish the deal if they could give me some assurance (just a 30 day warranty) that the Honda I was about to purchase was OK. I told him that I knew nothing of the car and asked for a CarFax. He told me that a saleman would get me one. (Never happened) and he left, apparently not interested in my business. I actually had to ask the receptioist to contact the business manager to complete the deal. I asked him for a Carfax and again was told that saleman would get me one. He tried to sell me some expensive warranties, but I delined. I finished the deal reluctantly and this morning checked the Carfax. Now I know why I didn't recieve one in the dealership. The SUV had been in an accident and repaired recently at Brandon Honda. Ask me if I will do business there again!

I have worked in Automotive Sales for over 15 years, and recently got out of the retail end of the business. It was very interesting being on the other end of the experience for a change. After shopping at over 10 dealerships throughout Tampa, Brandon, and Lakeland, I decided to check out Brandon Honda and see what deals they could work on a new Honda Accord. Fernando and Billy worked the numbers MY WAY and showed me everything before I even went out on the lot. I did not want to waste their time looking at vehicles that I did not think were a great deal. Fernando even took the time to locate several vehicles that had all of the SPECIFIC options that my wife wanted on her new car and offered to have it here for me to test drive within 24 hours. No commitment was asked and only good will was offered. My salesman, Chris, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made my wife and young daughter feel at ease. He made the process fun and went above and beyond to make sure that they were comfortable and well taken care of. It was nice to see that my original good deal, stayed that way when I went back to meet the finance manager and finish up the deal. There were no surprises and no game playing. Like I said, I have seen lots of deals go horribly wrong over the years and have seen tons of trickery in this business. Brandon Honda is as straight as they come. I am already talking to them about replacing my Ford Edge lease with a new Honda Pilot when it comes due. You have to check them out.

The person who posted the previous review must have went to a different Honda dealership in Brandon than I did- because I experienced just the opposite. I was passed back and forth from one pushy salesperson to another as if my deal didn't matter that much to them. The only thing they seemed to care about was getting me to work numbers and get into the finance office. I get it guys- the goal is to sell cars- but there is a right way to go about it and a wrong way. The fact that a sane, intelligent person would have a used car looked over by a third party mechanic before purchasing it seemed like an asinine concept to them. I won't even get into the horrendous, appalling and quite surprising treatment given to us by the salesperson when we threw out a number he apparently didn't like. I was honestly very taken aback by the behavior of the salesperson- again, there is a right way and a wrong way to handle this. My advice to them- just because you are a Honda dealer doesn't mean you can treat people however you like. If you are a prospective customer- I might think twice, as they apparently do not need the customers that badly.

After almost $700 of repairs I got my car back with oil splattered all over it, not vacuumed, and wobbly. The next day I noticed a fender wasn't aligned properly and appeared to have small dents as if it were forced. They immediately denied any connection to the fender and explained the wobbling as bad struts that "they must have missed". I fear my car is in worse shape than before they "fixed" it.

My experience with Brandon Honda is primarily with their service department! They are excellent! Highly professional, detail-oriented and operate with the mentality that customer service is a high priority. The are prompt in responding to customers throughout the service process. All costs or fees are clearly explained--and even better, will counsel on measures that will save the customer money! It is not alway about the money, instead they take their time answer any and all questions; fostering a lasting relationship with the customer.
