I just purchased a civic from classic Honda. Prior to visiting classic Honda, I went to 2 other Honda dealers and by far classic Honda was the best!!!Richard Lamaute helped me and he was so pleasant and professional. The price I was offered was slightly higher than other dealers I went, but I decided to purchase from Richard since he was the best sales person I had and wanted to give him my business. He was not pushy by any means and even after I signed the paper, he explained to me every single feature my car has and I really appreciated that. I am planning to get a new car for my husband next year and I will definitely come back to this location!!

I took my 2014 Honda Accord in to be serviced because the tire pressure light came on. I was told that both of my front tires had a nail in them. They said that one could be patched for $25, but the other couldn't be patched and definitely needed to be replaced for $150. Thinking I could get the work done much cheaper elsewhere, I declined the dealership's offer to service my car and took it to an independent tire shop just 1/2 mile down the road. I told the tire shop mechanic what the dealership told me... that I had a nail in both of my front 2 tires, and that one could be patched while the other needed to be replaced. The mechanic said that you really can not determine any of that until you remove the nails and see what kind of damage was actually done to the tire. He removed the nails, and both of them turned out to be tiny, broken-off pieces of screws that were less than 1/4 inch long. Neither screw had actually punctured the inside of the tires, and both tires were perfectly fine! Neither tire needed patching or replacing. The tire shop could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me, and just offered to do the unnecessary work for less. But they did not. They were completely honest and upfront with me. They were more interested in gaining my trust and loyalty than making a quick buck off of me. I returned to the Honda dealership and spoke with service manager Dervin Carty. I told him how upset and disappointed I was that his service department told me I needed work done on my car that I did not actually need. He said he understood why I would feel that way, but insisted that his service department did nothing wrong. Even when I told him that I had been lied to, he still defended his technicians and refused to admit any wrong doing. He then offered me a token free oil change to make me feel better, but I declined. I left the dealership even more angry and upset than I had been before I arrived. This service department lied to me, and then tried to spin it like I was in the wrong. I will never visit this dealership again.

My Honda is 13 years old with over 100,000 miles. So I rely on Classic Honda to do a checkup to see what the tolls of age have produced. Dustin Pearson worked well to continue my faith in Classic Honda. Even though there were issues with the timing belt, he was able to schedule the car to be serviced and ready on the same day. He coordinated the shuttle service and kept me informed of the cars progress. He did an excellent job and maintained my faith in Classic Honda.

Dustin Pearson was absolutely amazing!! I've purchased 2 cars from Classic Honda and I'll be back by the end of year to buy another.. I came in for an oil change and because my AC stopped working and within 10 minutes Dustin had everything figured out.. I was given a lift home because the part that was needed would take a few hours and they offered to pick me up and bring me back. Incredible service. Dustin was extremely professional and with a smile on his face, made the entire process so easy.. He is an asset to HONDA... Thank You for the amazing service!!!

We visited Classic Honda on Colonial Drive in Orlando a few days ago. We new what we wanted and were comparing a Prius with a Honda Civic. Zee the salesman who helped us was terrific. Now pressure. No glossing over potentially negative information. We got a very detailed quote before we left. We wanted to check out other alternatives. Throughout our two days of checking Zee was always courteous and did not pressure us, with the artificial urgencies that many in auto sales us. Eventually we decided on the Honda Civic and went back. Zee was terrific and all the other people we dealt with were terrific. So far after two days the car has been terrific.

We originally came in to take a look at the Honda Civics and also to see what kind of trade in value I could get for my Hyundai Elantra. She was extremely curtious and very energetic. She knew tons about the cars available and gave us plenty of options; from new to used vehicles. As we were looking around we decided to go with a 2008 Jetta that my wife fell in love with since watching the movie "knocked up". Melinda in conjunction with the help from the financial advisors went above and beyond to help us get the my wifes dream car. Great job on Exp Oil Service, as usual for Classic Honda. Lindsay was new to me, but she was certainly proficient in getting my Odyssey serviced. She also asked Dervin to look at my driver's side passenger door inside handle because I was not happy with the way it was operating. It does need repair; so, thanks again for the sharp eyes at Classic Honda. I have known Dervin for several years and it makes me feel comfortable to see him still at this dealership because I have learned to trust Classic Honda since I trust Dervin. Add Lindsay to that list as well. I bought 2 Hondas from Classic and still go there for service regardless of where I purchase a vehicle. Keep up the great work Lindsay, Dervin, and Classic Honda.
