Pet Shack

I have been in the store and I am not impressed.I use to shop alot when the other owners had it,but things have changed.The other owners just cared about the customers and the animals.They made friend with my children and always welcomed our family with a smile.You don't get that anymore,It seems like they don't like children and care about the all mighty dollar.I miss the old owners.They also always had the same staff and they always have change with the new owners,The red head..was great and she has quit.I think that tells me something.The staff is rude and the prices are very high. They animals don't look clean to me.I shop at other stores now.

I myself have been in this store more then a few times and it seems they can't keep staff for long periods of time so it's always someone new you have to explain your pets needs and start all over with getting to know the staff and getting the quality service as before when the store first opened..It seems as though the management needs a little help on how to properly run a good business and i have seen a few UN-healthy animals in this store as well and the cages aren't always the cleanest. But they do have a good selection of bird supplies but not too much is different then Walmart and it's a lot more Costly at petshack..over all not worth the time or money to stop in unless you have a bird and don't mind so so customer service and high prices.

loved the store.. all of the pets for sale there were being taken great care of....VERY knowledgeable staff... i understand they are under new ownership..helped me with all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me understand everything i needed to know about the animals Ive purchased there.. they have given me care sheets for every animal I've bought there so far.. friendly, seemed to actually care about the animals in the store.. though all workers there have been very helpful, 2 stand out above the rest.. not sure of the names but ones a young redhead, has always answered all questions very helpful seems so have a passion for all the animals.. and the other is the new owners brother? he did great with helping me and my husband to understand the crazy things going on with our fresh water tank and what to do to fix the problems.. overall I'm very happy with the store..

My husband and I have recently started a salt water tank because Pet Shack carries a nice selection of Salt Water Fish! We love Pet Shack and recommend it to anyone looking for Salt Water fish!

I have to say that I was not totally impressed by this store. The selection of products available was not very good at all. If you are shopping for bird supplies, you've come to the right place....however if you are in the market for supplies for any other type of pet, you may have more luck finding what you are looking for at the Target across the street. They do have quite a few birds, reptiles and fish for sale....but again, the supplies for "most" pets is definitley lacking.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection and they help me find what I need. They did overcharge me for some fish I purchased and are not willing to fix the problem.

I enjoy shopping at Pet Shack. The pet food is reasonably priced, and the staff is very helpful. They can give you tips on caring for your pet. There is a nice selection of pets for sale, as well as cages and accessories.

I love the Pet Shack. Debbie (I believe this is her name) the owner is a great help. Very friendly and always there to answer any ?.s We bought 3 parakeets here.
