This is the best Pfaltzgraff Outlet I've shopped at, and I've shopped at several. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The prices are great. And they sell seconds (For those who don't know, "seconds" are second-quality items. They may be slightly irregular, but they are significantly less costly, and often the blemish is difficult or impossible to find. Often the problem is that the pattern around the edge of the plate isn't exactly lined up correctly, but most often you can't even notice it). There are very few Pfaltzgraff outlet stores that sell seconds, so this store in Orlando is a real treasure. Be sure to go there and spend lots of money to keep it in business until I can get back there.
